Mileage on truck was more than it said in site. Keys were not ready for pickup. Had to call support and stay the for 45 mins. Truck was not clean.

I spoke with 4 individuals on Sunday January 29th the morning of my rental pickup and I was being passed along from person to person because nobody wanted to help me. Finally the 4th person who answered was amazing. Find this sweet lady, gosh I wish I remembered her name, she’s a rockstar and DESERVES a raise,bonus,promotion.
Jennifer KWhen I picked the truck up it had almost no gas the check engine light came on halfway into the trip the tire monitor light came on the driverside door handle had no knob I think whoever dropped the truck at the location gave them a bum truck.
