Thomas FThe truck that I received had a low air tire pressure alert that popped up the moment I turned it on. I wasn't able to report the problem or change the truck because it was after hours. The interior cabin was also dirty and not maintained. The steering wheel was peeled and sticky along with other surfaces. Other than that the truck held up for the duration of its use. Staff on site is always friendly and helpful when the location is open.

WAH FThe truck was not what the photos showed when checking in. The truck had a huge scratch at the drivers door and was dirty. I had to dispute most of the pictures that you guys put when checking in, very disapointing.

TOI PThe floor of the van was dirty on the inside, from mud around the parking area and entrance to the building. They sold me three “moving bags”, one of which the young lady opened up to demonstrate. The other two were placed inside this bag and sold to me. It turned out I never needed them, and left them sitting in the van the entire time I rented the van. They wouldn’t take the bags back and refund my money paid for those. She accused me of bringing back a used bag, and a dirty bag, only dirtied by the floor of their van, which was not cleaned out prior to my use. There is no sign anywhere in their store which states there are no refunds on anything bought in store, which backs up the lady’s claim that “there are no refunds”. As a long time U-haul customer, I would like to request a refund for the items, and prepaid postage to retune said items to the store.

Sayed PBesides the on going construction and having to walk through an active work zone the box truck I rented was in rough shape definitely needed to be maintained more properly but overall was needing something on the spot they came through and actually wound up being less than originally quoted overall fair experience
Michael YI was struck in the face by a poorly glued on bad repair job of an inner cabinet piece while driving. The back tire was chronically flat. And there was an issue with the breaks randomly not working. The vehicle was a death trap.

Wojciech PAwful experience. Firstly, this is technically not a U-Haul. It's a U-Haul rental storage lot using the 21st century storage facility AND employees to basically not take any expenses and take in cash risk free. Read: SHADY. This became evident to me when I got my cargo van that did NOT have the dimensions as advertised. You know how I know? Because I took the exact measurements from the website and measured all my furniture beforehand to make sure it would fit. It didn't. So I had to come BACK to the lot to exchange for a bigger vehicle. I come back and the one 21st century employee that U-Haul is making also cover the U-Haul desk wasn't even there. She was off running an errand ON her shift. So I wait 20 minutes til she decides to come back, we burn 45 minutes just for me to find her dumb ass supervisor is going to charge me for the falsely advertised cargo van PLUS insurance PLUS milage ALL separately from the new truck to which they will ALSO charge me new insurance PLUS new fee PLUS new milage. Shit greedy impractical supervisor. Shady, short sighted, despicable. But I need to go. I've already wasted 2 hours of my move in slot at my building and I need to move everything out so I must accept this and argue it later. I get to the new truck and no lie, it literally looks like two people had a water balloon fight in the cabin. It's soaked with water everywhere. Wtf? Why? How does this even happen? Once I hop in after the one employee dries the whole cabin most everything else was smooth sailing except now I have to deal with all these charges that I shouldn't be if the supervisor gave a shit. Not only will I not come back to this location, I will never use U-Haul again. Fuck this place.

Miyer FI booked online only to arrive and be told there were no blankets. Was told I could drive to another location and sign a new contract just for blankets. Why allow me to book if you don’t have blankets? I had to spend an extra $50 on bubble wrap because of this. I never would have booked this had I known there were no blankets. Bubble wrap should have been heavily discounted for your mistake. This was wildly unacceptable.

JOSEPH MGot charged for gas when I filled up to 3/4 per contract less than 1 mile away. Rep either misremembered my truck (she was checking in 4 trucks at once) or doesn't know how to read fractions. Awaiting call back from national U-Haul service line.
XUN LThe van I reserved was not available. Instead I had to take a truck which is more expensive, uses more gas, and is much harder to drive. The location closed about 10 min early and I was instead instructed to do a mobile return. All together not the best experience, not the worst. I will find another service provider in the future.

Dave PI was informed 5 minutes before my scheduled pick-up that I had to pick-up the truck at a different location at a later time. This ruined my whole moving day because I had movers lined up, etc. I will avoid U-haul at all costs in the future and will advise all my friends to do the same. It's really unacceptable that U-haul informed me of the change a few minutes before the pick-up.

Robert B24/7 remote pick-up was not implemented for my reservation even though I had requested it. Had to wait for office to open. When opened, had to wait 15 minutes for an attendant.

Perparim Pcustomer service lady was nice it was quick transaction, but when I went out to pick up the truck passenger side mirror was broken and falling, came back and complaint about it she calls some guy and he said he knew about it, and he will fix it for me. if they already knew about it then why they did not fix the problem before given the equipment to customer. secondly, they over charge me by fraud the fuel price. when I picked the truck where the fuel level was, I marked it, I drove the truck only half mile from the pickup location and then came back with just two miles on the truck. when I dropped the truck told the lady to check it before I leave because I did not used the truck due to our project got cancelled. she said just drop it she will check it later and I will get the receipt in the mail. they are fraud. they charge me 4 miles of fuel. liars
