Have more accessible appliance dollies. The lady was helpful. She even called another Uhaul inquiring about an appliance dolly. Other than that my experience was excellent.

Staff were excellent, I showed up after closing without realizing the store had closed. They still assisted with a rental and were extremely helpful. The only issue i had was with the app as I could not return the rental due to it not picking up my location.

This location came thru in a pinch. Originally went to a minimart on Iberville Road. Set up a rental, went to pick it up no one showed up. Sat there and waited almost an hour before contacting the Popps Ferry store. They did a great job switching reservation over to them and helping me.

The uhaul I reserved at Fraisers was not brought back in time and I had to use a 9” cargo van instead. Everyone was very nice but what’s the point in making a reservation if when you get to the uhaul building there isn’t a truck for you and you have to drive to a different location and get a van that you cannot complete your task 100% with.

Well, I got an engine light that came on and I had to drive over to Gulfport from Biloxi so I think every location should have a tester to check and see what the area is for and for the engine light indicator

Maybe febreeze the cab, smelled rather like dirty socks. Also adjust your suspension, in the higher elevation going downhill it drove like it was getting ready to vomit and bounced like home made roller coaster.

The Uhaul app did not work to check my rental in after hours; it was almost 4am and felt risky to leave the trailer in the parking lot. After calling them at 8am, I was assured my trailer with received without issue.

Sam was very helpful. Everyone is friendly. Great place to store your items. Our items were stored for ten months. No pests. We didn't even have the couch covered and it was perfect. Not much dust given the length of time. I would use them again. Highly recommend.

Make sure the windshield is bug splatter free for next costumer. It’s truly a distraction to a driver. This was my only issue during this 24 hrs usage.

If y'all charge for the truck rental then mileage why not give the first 10-20 miles free with the rental. Not everyone got 150 plus dollars to drop for a couple hours of use. I rent these a good bit and have always been thinking about this

My reservation wasn’t there so they put me in a smaller truck. When I got to where I was gonna help someone move they said they weren’t moving and canceled on me. The truck was super dirty on the outside. Windshield was dirty. On the way to bring it back hit a strong thunderstorm and the driver side door started leaking on me pretty hard. I would like the 50 dollars for my reservation not being there. And at least 100 dollars knocked off also. This is the second time I have had problems with uhaul. Very doubtful if I use y’all again. Very disappointed

I was supposed to receive $55.00 dollars but then was charged 14.60 for gas when I put gas in it so they received almost $75 and something I will not be using U-Haul again or that place I'll go somewhere else

Note for UHaul as a company - rates should NOT go higher on the weekend as that’s when most people are off from work. Why penalize your customers for having a job to pay for your equipment?

Equipment operated as expected. Steering wheel was off center (while driving straight, it looks like you’re turning left) but the truck drove good, ran good and there were no issues with anything mechanical. That includes alignment.

The only problem I had was that I spoke to the lady and told her I would be moving out on Sept 24th. I went back to the building on that day around 4:30/5 and my access had already been deactivated. I had a couple things left in there and was not to access them. I called and was told I could come between certain hours the next day to get them. I was not very happy considering I had 3 units and 2 of them were paid for until Oct 5th and Oct 18. Considering I was still a paying customer I do not feel like I should have been deactivated so quickly. I didn’t get a call or anything. When I spoke to the lady Sunday to let her know I could not make it between the times they gave me she said they thought I wanted them to throw what was left in the dumpster. They had not done that yet, thank goodness. My problem is they would call on the due date if I had not paid yet but they couldn’t pick up the phone and call to make sure I wasn’t coming back. They just assumed I wanted to leave the stuff even tho the unit was paid for thru October date.

The unit that I had was convenient, clean and well lit. Vehicle access was easy. Melissa at the desk was knowledgeable and went the extra mile of taking us to our unit.
