Well the people there were great except I did not get a full tank if gas like I have at other places. I had to spend 80.00 to fill it up. Which I did not think was right. I do not think I would use it again because of that.Chuck P.

I will not use the app going forward. I don't appreciate the facial recognition piece of it and would like my photo removed. Tech sounds cool but puts customers at risk if your network is ever breached. What was really frustrating was the app not allowing me to finish the check out and add a photo of the odometer. I tried 5 times to add the pic and would not work. Photo feature worked fine taking my mug shot and ID pics during check-in. I am not sure why checkout would not work and sounds like an app issue. I still had to go in to the office to check out. Luckily, the lady at the desk was nice and pleasant to work with or this rating would be lower.Lonnie C.

It took over 1 hour to complete the rental and return process, without other customers waiting. During pickup we had to change trucks because the odometer reading did not match the contract. The female employee handling these processes, behaved erratically, incessantly complaining, screaming that her office cordless fone was being "hacked", and one point threatened violence if "another man speaks sideways to me". I strongly recommend U-Haul pull their distributorship from this location.MICHAEL G.

The original place we were supposed to drop off was closed and not accepting u hauls of any kind anymore. So I used Google maps and actually called about 4 different places in the area. The lady that helped me at this station was so nice and helpful! She even called me back to tell me of a drop off station that was closer to my location since I wasn't familiar with the area at all! I would definitely recommend this drop off station. Thanks so much for making it as easy as possible for me!!JEREMY N.

Forgot my dolly. Mentioned would give me a discount and never reflected it. The trucks transmission was in bad shape. The pictures didn't reflect the truck even in the picture. Looked like a separate truck. Had a huge hole in top of truck straight to cargo. Overall were frantic and overall bad experience. Would not recommend. Would give 1 star but they were only one available so have to get them the benefit.Jason R.

The truck was fine - however I had also reserved an appliance dolly. The dolly was not there and the location said they did not know because they could not see the reservation. Luckily they called and found ONE nearby which I had to fetch. This delayed the move by an hour.Stephen P.

i was charged for a dolly and pads that i never used nor did the clerk even ask me she just charged me , the pads where already out of bag when i got the uhaul and the dolly was never used . i was over charged and felt that was wrong, no i will not use this uhaul place againpam R.
