The individual that helped me out with my reservation did a great job. Positive experience with him. The car dolly ratchets for the wheel straps were corroded to the point of making them difficult to use. One of the safety chains was rusted.The locking mechanisms for the pull out ramps were also corroded making them hard to pull out to unlock the ramps.

Fix your check in application. It requires you to approve the condition of the truck BEFORE you can access the property and inspect the truck. Completely backwards!!
