Had a set schedule for 10am but due to all the damage on the truck I wanted to make notes on the app which was very complicated to use, upon getting un the truck it was left for me to pick up with only 1/8 of a tank of fuel, upon returning the again complications with the app were frustrating as it was not noticing the gps location so I decided to finally call the customer support number the lady was helpful, now 2 days later the location finally checked in the truck as returned u believable I will not be going back to that location or even use uhaul, I have used them several times in the past but this might have been the last time unfortunatelyCharles B.

Did not check in on line after hours, they charged $21.15 after hrs.service charge. A service charge is for service, which we did not receive any service, after hrs. Corporate said each place can decide if they was to charge "after hrs service fee". Buyer beware of additional fees.Glenn C.

The only thing that was an issue was the truck had a hole in the muffler or tail pipe so it was very loud and used alot of fuel due to it. Other than that, the unit was fine.ray C.

Rented a trailer, no wiring harnesses with it , lady said I'd have to go to a actual u haul place and buy one , I said that's where I originally rented it from till someone changed location day before , I had to go buy my own harness, it should of had a harness supplied with it!TODD H.

The store hours on line and from the pick up location let me know they were open until 7:00 pm on Saturday. I arrived at 6:30 and the open sign was on. The clerk said they were technically closed and I would have to go online to check out. Also, I would have to park the car. The area was very tight. I refused to park it worried I would damage it. He did park it for me. But still had to take pictures and go online. I did not do that since he was to be open until 7:00.MICHAEL L.

Don't Lie to the customer and charge fees when the customer is honest especially 1) if the truck is on time and the person is having trouble returning the truck on their phone,2) if the gas is at the same spot as when the customer pick up the truck and 3) the truck is clean.LAURAINE C.

Open office as indicated; Have someone in office for returns during business hours listed on door/website; Have official U-Haul employee do paperwork and not next door mechanic come do UHaul paperwork! I was charged for 2 day rent when actually had truck 2 HOURS & total 6 miles (local) & charged for 20 gallons of fuel:(. I've used U-Haul in past and NEVER had this issue...Now I'm fighting to get my credit from overcharging....MARY V.

Only issue I had was that we were given one phone number on the contract to call when we were dropping of the trailer, then I received a voice mail with another phone number to call when we drop off the trailer and then on the day we dropped off the trailer I received another voice mail giving me another number to call!!! All 3 were different numbers. That was a little disconcerting. Otherwise we had no issues although I was a little concerned that there wasn't a spare tire to change if we had gotten a flat!Peter N.
What a Norman Bates looking shithole. Online said they were open until 7, when I got there at 5 they were closed. A HUGE fuck you to U-Haul's online checkout process which took me at least a half hour to deliver my truck. I had to actually create an account rather than just simply check out as a guest?? Amateur hour garbage. Then I have to change all types of settings on my phone, and a thousand steps to check out - do I look like one of your employees?? Total dogshit experience.Christian D.
The inside of the back of the truck was dirty so some of our belongings go dirty as a result. The whole process was very slow. The associate that helped us entered my email in wrong so I did not receive any communications which made dropping off very difficult and he never confirmed this with me.Giselle N.
AS soon as you hit 30 miles an hour the truck started shaking. The tires are not balanced. Also the gas cap is loose and does not fit well. :-(Barbara G.
