Michael FThe gentleman helping overcharged me for a trailer rental. I rented a 5X9 utility trailer with ramp for 24 hrs and he charged me $54 while your website lists this trailer for $24.95 plus tax. I asked why it was so much more and he mentioned an environmental charge. However, when the receipt was printed, there was no such environmental charge listed. I also looked at the website on my phone at the same time, and it showed a charge of $36 including tax. I will not ever use this location again, and will not recommend them to anyone else.

Jessica BThe location doesn't work here so checking in after hours is a headache. We checked the truck in 3 hours before we were due to have it back and the next day we were told that it still wasn't checked in. We called UHaul and they called the location to confirm the truck was there and then we were charged $58.58 for an extra day fee for a day we didn't have the truck. We called UHaul back and opted to have them call us because the wait time was more than 60 minutes. It's been 2 days and we still haven't gotten a call back. The $58.58 was taken out of our account though.
