Leiloni WhitehorseI was supposed to pick up my truck 37 mi. from home but the on-line reservation was lost and no truck was available. The closest truck we could locate was100 mi. away but when we arrived, on-line reservations had come in and had priority. We then drove another 150 miles for a truck. A 500 mi. round trip (574 with the first trip) did not make for a happy customer! All personnel were pleasant and helpful.

Ricky HallI was charged $175.00 on my card my total bill was 58.00. Also I had changed pick up locations and cancelled a pick up from the previous location. That location also charged my card 125.00. Please help!! Especially during a pandemic. My work place is closed due to vovid-19 I really can't afford all the charges.Especially since I canceled the pick up and never picked up the truck

Josh ClarkI will not recommend U-haul to anyone.I am also posting it on social media and asking my friends to do the same. I think it is ridiculous that I paid over $1900 to rent a truck to get to Havre MT and the same truck from Havre to O'Fallon is only $677. The reply I get from U-Haul is it takes a truck from a busy hub to a not busy hub. This is not the problem of the person renting the truck. It is called a one way rental for a reason. The price should not be triple because it is going to a small town.
Robert CarterThe man working was very friendly. We drove to Havre which is about 45 miles out of our way do to the fact the Manager was so snotty and curt in Great Falls last time we were there. It was definitely worth it. We will be using this location from now on.

Constance Fredricksonthis location had difficulty processing my rental contract and had to call for assistance twice. I did the pre check in which was suppose to expedite the process but as it turned out it took twice as long as another u haul rental I did just a couple weeks prior at a different loccation
William TuckerI throughly cleaned & returned the trailer rental on 11/16/17 at 3:36pm. I don't know the mans name that was working at that time, but I can describe him as being "grossly obese". He was rude, refused to go outside to unhook & inspect the trailer, he told me "Just go park it in the back". When I went back inside to ask him for a receipt , he said "You're good to go." & walked away from me. Previously, when I called to extended the rental time, the woman I spoke with quoted a total cost of $28 for the extra day. On 11/21/17, I received an email notifying me that I was charged $113, which included a cleaning fee (even though I cleaned the rental before returning it), a late fee (a late fee for what exactly?) & more rental fees than the $28 I was quoted because apparently the lazy, rude man that I spoke with when I returned the trailer on 11/16/17, did not enter the information for my return of the trailer until 11/17/17. I will never use the Havre location again & I will never recommend that location to anyone inquiring about my experience at that location. As far as I'm concerned, what the man I dealt with at the Havre location is a thief & guilty of robbery for charging me a cleaning fee, another day of rental fees even though the trailer was returned on the 16th, NOT the 17th & a late fee ( I still don't understand what the late fee was for, I returned the rental the same day I said I would). I highly recommend that the Havre location be investigated for fraud & robbery.
