The passenger side of the windshield was completely missing a wiper bland (it rained through 75% of our move and we drove almost a total of 300 miles round trip). This was a major inconvenience. We immediately called and ask that this be noted.

The friendly, pleasant people made up for the stupidity of the web site. I use Mozilla Firefox browser and some sites only support Chrome or Edge, which I will never use. So if it was because of my browser choice, I'll never access online again. IF your support team can use Firefox, go to the point where you are to enter the front and back pictures of your drivers license. Upload the front, then click on NEXT to go to next page for back picture. The image dims on a click repeatedly but never advances to the next screen. Looking above for an error code, I tried the different license box. No difference. My license is a Missouri state license certified for TSA acceptance. Also, the texting messages totally pissed me off. 3-6:00am? really? Multiple times.To remind me to enter my DL? Your facilities are clean, the equipment well maintained, staff are helpful, but somebody needs to take a better look at the technology side and fix it.

The truck was not ready via the U-Haul app. This mix up ended up being so costly and causing us to lose our already paid movers, family being separated, caused me to get to my new job severely late.

I did the mobile drop off because i got there before they opened. the online thing didn't let me upload a picture which made me nervous that everything didn't actually go in correctly.

On the tail end of the move the truck started acting like the brakes were not letting go. I mentioned this to the location of drop off and they said they will have it looked at and repaired.
