Shaddrick WWhen I told the female employee about the issue with my truck and the advance trac she stated it was because the truck was in " tow/haul mode". I told her it was a service issue the truck required and she blew me off.

Tim KTruck was exceptionally clean inside and while the windshield appeared to be clean, it had some strange coating that when I got caught in the rain it was nearly impossible to see until I cleaned it properly. Everything on the truck performed flawlessly. It was surprisingly comfortable as well. The mirrors were great! I could see everything quite well without extra effort which added to the safety. Best part, check-out was less than five easy minutes and checking back in was a matter of handing over the keys. The staff at this location is very competent & efficient! Nothing against U-Haul, but far better than most dealers. I've been there several times and it's been great every time. I highly recommend it.

robert GWhen arriving, there was a note on the door stating they had to run into town, with a number to contact them in an emergency. When we called the number just to find out when they would be back we were rudely asked to hold then hung up on. When we called back and were able to speak with someone, the told us they were stuck in traffic and to just park the truck and leave the keys. Not sure we will be using Uhaul again.
Theodore FLocation did not do a walk around with me. And did not check the odometer and I trusted also and got charged extra 289.80 for over mileage. Not happy

Mark SI rented the tow dolly. I appreciate it the instruction pamphlet available in the office. The dolly itself did not have a come-along so I had to buy my own. Other than that, the people were kind, experienced, and the facility is extremely clean and well-maintained.

JEFFREY SI reserved at a location that was 5 minutes drive from my house,they told me that they would have plenty of trailer on my pickup date, I then received a call that I would have to go to get the trailer 20 minutes away. NOT COOL

I catch myself trying to look in the rear view mirror..a backup camera would be helpful other than that everything is very good and I thank you for being close by

JANE MDealer compromised my personal information, my credit card number exp date and security code, and all information on my drivers licence to someone without my permission without asking or informing over an unsecured voice line. I am livid. I was then double charged. When I tried to set the dealer to correct this charge I was told" I busy, I'll look into it". I would very much like someone at U-Haul to contact me to rectify this!
