Filled with which will leave droppings all over your items. Nice can carry a virus than can kill you called haunta-virus. They will refuse to pay for any damages or take responsibility to improve pest control on the property. 80% of what I had in storage was ruined because of this. And the property increased prices by $15/month but did not improve anything on the property like provide a fence to make it secure, fix the broken light so I can get in safely at night, or add a garbage dumpster. They just pocketed all the extra flowing cash bc everyone knows the units have been there a forever. The staff placed a lock on my unit while I was moving out forcing me to forfeit all I had left in my unit and a days waste of time for me since I could not finish moving things out. All based on something some random woman said to staff, whom I have never met and does not know me. They never asked me for my side of the story. The office receptionist said she called my phone but could not leave a voice message bc my mailbox was full. That is a lie. She called but never left a voicemail. Again, all based on some woman’s opinion who apparently stalks the place looking to cause trouble. By the way, this same woman saw no issue with filling her car full of the nice stuff I was giving or throwing away due to mice droppings covering it. This is the third time I have used this facility. Never had an issue. The owner and staff are unfriendly now, unprofessional, and I will never use or recommend this facility again.
