It is a tire shop , so it was very crowded and dirty. I made my reservation for pick up and still had to wait when I arrived for someone to find someone who knew and then that person had to leave to pick up someone who knew ho to work the computer. Reservation was for 11:30 we left there about 12:10
The owner and assistant were very helpful. I didn't have the correct hitch connection on my car, and so had to come and go a few times, and they were very patient. We pulled the trailer with a Camry with no problem. Very easy to maneuver thru traffic.

The location was not good. But the two gentlemen who took care of me were very friendly and professional. I would go there again.
The rental process took way too long because the representative did not know how to complete a contract and I then I was charged incorrectly and I am currently waiting to get my refund.
Everything was perfect. Loaded and unloaded super fast.

I find it irritating that I returned the uhaul with more fuel than it had when I picked it up yet I got charged for 4 miles over on a 886 mile trip. $4.40 isn't an issue to me. It's the principle.

The lack of communication between uhaul, the representatives at locations, and customers is awful and needs improvement. I received a text from uhaul the morning I was moving saying I had to return my trailer in the next 15 minutes, which was less than 24 hours after I picked it up. Once I did return it, the app tried to charge me a $20 extra day fee even though I did not have the trailer an extra day. This is my second bad experience with uhaul so I won't be using them again.

Located in the Hood but people were nice and professional, take a gun! not a great area, do not allow your wife or daughter to go by themselves.
Horrible part of town no where safe to leave car they seemed alarmed I was leaving my car and warned me they were leaving at 8 The Uhaul reeked of WEED so bad had to roll windows down it was crazy and not the location or drop off requested drop off he entered was 20 miles past the one it was supposed to be entire day was a disaster system was down we all had to wait 1.5 hours pick up was 18 min each way further and drop off 20 miles away from the location
