David BExceptional customer service, but the internet connection at this location is poor at best. It took 35 minutes to check in because it took forever to upload the photos of the drivers license.

Gary IThe customer service over the phone was terrible in most cases. The rental was overpriced and very dirty in the cargo area. Several times the online website did not display the correct drop off location. However the service face to face was fine. No need for improvement there.

robert kI rented the trailer but did not actually use it because I intended to move a side by side with it but due to the flanges on the back it would not fit. I did not return on Sunday since the facility was closed so waited until Monday.
Shawn Cused Uhaul on several occasions. This is the best overall service ever. Highly recommended.
Leroy HBetter information on return rules. We had the trailer for just over an hour before it was returned due to it not working for our load. The rear gate was too narrow. That information was not on line when we reserved it. We were charged 50 dollars because we did not return it in less than 1 hour. Not happy! Will try to avoid u-haul in the future.

Jana MI had to take a cab to the store , I got there an hour before opening . A gentleman who worked at the store helped me get the truck early ( before opening) . I was in and out very quickly, and on to loading early ! I will say that the Original contact for the truck took my reservation, but found out the afternoon before pick up they didn’t have the truck!!!!! Thanks to the fine folks at Big Storage 😁 in Nampa ID , they searched the local area until she found me a truck . I cannot thank the enough !

loris fI rented from a different location, 2112 Caldwell Blvd. Nampa, ID. When I reserved online it said the truck was available. Went there to pick up and they did not have a truck. They sent me to another location. Also no truck. The employee there called someone and was told that the truck was located 20 minutes away in Middleton Idaho. I spent over an hour trying to locate the truck and get it back to where I could start using it. I was also told I could not return it to the U-Haul location I originally rented it from and had to go out of my way again costing extra mileage and gas to return it. Next time I need a truck for moving cargo I will not be using U-Haul.

Kevin TPicked up truck bugs all over the front and windshield all the windows were very dirty i had to stop right away to clean the windows. Back of truck was the same very dirty. Passenger side mirror would not hold in the right place. Truck ran good drove nice drivers seat wasn't comfortable. Would use U Haul again but hoping I never need to move again.
Rod RHe gave me no brochure on packing the truck. Truck was filthy inside and out and smelled like cigarettes. Gas Guage was near empty or the Guage is broken. I put in 37 gal immediately. No idea how much it holds. That was the most,I put in. It was barely under half when I turned it in, but who knows. Better safe than sorry.
Rhelda TI'm not sure....but the 15' truck I rented, I don't know what motor it has, but it was incredible. I had a very full load, not overweight but heavy enough to put a load on the motor. That Ford chew it up an spit it out like so much crepe paper...incredible compared to many of the older trucks
Ken PThey wanted to charge us for putting extra gas in the tank...WHO DOES THAT! should be grateful with the cost of gas! Ridiculous. Not to mention we returned it the day before it was due back, of course they didn't offer any refund for that. Just bad business.
Tracy PBetter signs out front? My car broke down and the Uber driver had a hard time finding the place. I had a bad Uber driver though so that’s more him than Uhaul.
