Encourage them to pre-fill out their information on the website if they are choosing the mobile check-in. Having a passport handy or even having 2 people who can instantly verify who I am is pretty unlikely. Regardless, this is a great product and UHaul has GREAT people!!eric K.

I originally set up an after hours pick up at the Boundary location off Boniface to use the mobile pick up option but when I got there, I could not access my vehicle because it would not let me start the pick up process. I called customer service and they said that mobile pick up was not offered for this location - which was not disclosed anywhere on the website. She sent me to a new location and altered my existing reservation and when we located the vehicle and found the lock box for the key, there was no key in the box at all. I called customer service again and they gave us the code to a different lock box so we could take a different vehicle. In terms of my recommendations: - I would suggest making it very clear on the website when a customer cannot use mobile pick up after hours at a specific location and/or simply not allow a person to make a reservation that is after hours if that option will not be available. - Figure out what the issue was with the missing key - Possibly update your application - it froze on me at least 5 different times and I had to restart my check in/return process.John P.
Was a random parking place with no store front to deliver vehicle to. Had to figure out where to park, had to figure out how to use the Uhaul webpage for check-in (which had several poorly designed pages) and could only find a metal box to deliver keys to. Definitely a negative experience after a very stressful move.John W.
