Terrible experience with staff and invoicing. Counter staff were not professional. Went to pick up my van and was told it was at another location and had to drive another 20 mins. U-Haul never communicated this change of pick up to me. I was quoted a price for mileage and told them where I was going, had to pay an addition $130 for mileage. Would not recommend!Chantal C.

Have the outlet actually care about representing your company. Their knowledge of your products and options was non-existent and the first truck they rented me had to be returned as it was being used to store the owners junk. It cost me 2 1/2 hours of my life.Kevin A.
It's not the location that reflects UHaul customer service. It begins at the first contact point, which would include successes and failures, throughout the entire experience. Although, the service representative was polite and knowledgeable, there appears to be a disconnect between the call centre, and the pick up centres. Even though my rental has been returned. I'm still waiting for a call back regarding wiring installation.Pablo M.

The verification and sign out process for the equipment was somewhat delayed due to a poor system connection between uhaul and this Neighbourhood Dealer location. Information had to be repeated and re entered 2 or 3 times.ROBERT C.

Took 45mins to pick up a trailer despite booking and completing all forms online. Trailer tires were worn down to the wear bar on the drivers side and safety chains were incorrectly installed on the tongue of the trailer.AARON D.

The worker was not kind and the car was so dirty.Junho H.
The inside of the truck was dirty. The old paper work from a former customer was still inside.. They said the truck was way in the back. No one came out and went over it with us. they just took the credit card and handed over the keys. Also the truck only had a 1/4 off a tank in it, most rental I have used comes with a full tanks. Now maybe that is just the way you do it but I was a little surprised. Now on a positive note the truck ran great to Jasper and backMike S.

The clerk was polite. Just make sure the customer knows that they have to take a moving dolly out to the truck themselves. A clean cab would have been appreciated, at the very least remove the garbage and water bottles left by the previous renters.Susan R.

It's pretty rough around the edges. You end up waiting in line while the gas station does its thing. The UHaul terminal is the subject of complaining by the attendant. Truck inside had not been cleaned.allan C.

We lost time because this location shares parking with a trucking company and then a truck was completely blocking our way out of the parking. We were told to return the truck to another location because their parking was full. But they didn't disclose that there would be an extra charge. I did return to the same location to be told that I didn't need to put gas on the truck as they would charge exactly what they charge at the pump. Just to our surprise there was a large fee in gas. Terrible experience. Never using uhaul againAlexander C.

Took me a half hour to drop off the unit Was charged for a dolly that I never received. Was charged $55 for 35 miles of travel. If your trucks only get 3.9mpg, something is wrong.Mark F.
Was told in Edmonton that I could drop the U-Haul close to my storage unit in Calgary. That was not the case. I had to drive an extra 1/2hr to this drop off location after hours. No signs or instructions where to park the vehicle . And I was charged extra because I went over my allotted distance.Tracy K.

My pickup time was 9 am. I arrived 15 minutes early, as I hired movers to meet at my home. It took over a half hour to get my truck. Then once getting the truck the wheel wells where packed solid with ice. I payed for a dozen packing blankets and never received them and the back of the truck hadn't been swept out. Then when I was driving to my new place we found out there was no windshield washer fluid. I'd also like to mention that the location that the trucks are kept is very inconvenient and cluttered and very muddy.Ashley Dawn Q.
