No body was there i was lost because i didn’t know where to drop off the keys
Natalia MI waited over a half hour for someone to show up so I could drop this vehicle and trailer off. There was hardly enough room to get it in off the highway and not a sole in sight. I eventually called the pickup location for advice. Then decided to hit the key box and go. My opinion this location should lose the dealer options from U-Haul.
Micah Fthey were extremely helpful with all my questions, i had to contact them several times during my trip with questions on storage and time extensions.

Ken JThis truck is DANGEROUS !!!!!!!!! It shouldn’t be rented out to anyone without it throughly being checked out!! Trucks shakes bad at speeds over 55 and fishtails at any given moment!!!!! I literally made a video of how bad this truck operated!!! Uhaul could possible find themselves with a lawsuit concerning this truck!! It took everything I had to keep it in my lane, it is obvious to me something is seriously wrong because even when the wheels are straight the steering wheel turns to the left! Waiting to hear back from Uhaul on this claim #3818304…I deserve some type of discount to have dealt with such a dangerous truck!!!!

Sidney Sthe car trailer had a blowout and the front axle broke. It took 4 1/2 hours to get a replacement trailer. I was stuck on the side of the road 5 hours from home.
Michael DLocation looked like a junk yard, it was out of the way in a remote location that wasn’t convenient to get to. The u-haul was not clean, I had to sweep it after using it so we wouldn’t get charged for the trash left in it.

Jenna mWe were charged for missing furniture pads that never left the vehicle that we used. The truck was dirty and the trash in the back included used razor blades. The people who run it were very nice and helpful, but I'm not happy being charged for missing equipment when it was put back on the truck.

Obviously, this is not necessarily a fault of the business, just the location. One of my better experience in a long while. Great customer service, very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
ADRIAN GU-Haul's computer system for the reservation was down while trying to complete the transaction. We were at the location near an hour just trying to complete the reservation so we could leave with the trailer. Computer system needs to be updated so the franchise dealers can get into the system
