This location is only for those individuals that don’t mind doing the check in online. There are no customer service representatives available at this location. The check in process was frustrating, having to gather all the information for yourself. The truck was return on low gas, which was then my responsibility to fill to the correct drop off level, so I don’t see how that is fair at all. I also rented a hand truck (dolly) to help with my move and it wasn’t in the truck or at the location, but I was still charged for it, so I had to get in touch with U-Haul to get a refund. The entire process was just exhausting. And returning the truck was a super long process because you have to submit a ton of pictures of the truck in order to get through all the return screens. Next time I’ll just go to an actual U-Haul center for a rental.

And not know when we dropped it off that we had to do all the steps again in reverse and by then my husband had already put the keys in the drop off box. The inspections should b better.

Michelle PThe personnel at this location were not too professional, showed little to no interest in providing assistance regarding the U-Haul rental. They did not provide equipment requested. They provided little to no assistance with not being able to check out a vehicle and provide the keys. I was instructed to change my reservation to a 24/7 self checkout, and to do it myself. I was instructed to call back if I needed help, and when I called back or sent to voicemail multiple times. They were not present during listed store hours.

Aaron NMy reservation was for 12:30. The clerk went to lunch at 12:30-1:30. The young man left in the shop had no idea how to help me. He called a person who said to do online check in. As in my previous terrible experiences with uhaul this system did not work either. The man in the shop would not get the clerk on the phone to assist me or ask him to return to assist me. I ended up having to sit in the office and call the 800# to get assistance which also took several tries of the same process to get it to work. VERY POOR SYSTEM, VERY POOR APP AND FUNCTIONALITY AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Gretchen RThe truck was not cleaned out at all. There were pizza crumbs and a piece of greasy pepperoni on the seats and floor. The back had not been swept out--I had to do it, it was very dirty. The driver side mirror was also broken and should have been long replaced.
