Jerry NI would never send anyone here…. The man was so rude that when I called him for a second day as he told me to he tried to charge me over 100 more dollars when it should have been 30, but he decided he was going to bill me for 75 miles when I told him I would need 40 at the most and I didn’t think I needed that much… instead of helping me come to a solution he tells me it’s not his truck it’s U-Hauls and he don’t car if I bust the windows out, strip it down to a frame, or burn it he is going to get his commission regardless… I then called U-Haul and they was more then willing to help me…

JAMES BHe took care of me as another uhaul I had a reservation at didn’t end up happening and he did and at the same rate. I felt he had great customer service and took care of me and on a holiday weekend. Great experience and will of course tell others.

Sindi JGot charged for an extra day when it was back 1/2 hour early. I rented it for 2 days and was able to finish in 1. There was no one there so I dropped the key in the box. They put down that it was dropped of 3 1/2 hours later. I contacted them and told them it was back. Had to spend an hour on the phone and was told they would have the drop off guy call me and refund my 54 bucks. I don't have time for this BS. Next time I'll go with another company.

Joni Lwhen we went to drop of truck it was just as bad as the hour it took to pick it up we had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes for help returning truck and then the owner finally showed up and checked the truck in for us. I will have to be desperate before I get another Uhaul.
