This pick up location has very limited ability to cell signal to be able to either check in or out equipment. Dustin was very arrogant and rude as far as customer service even informed me he was too busy to help me. Had to call Springfield MO to start and complete my rental even after setting up my rental. Have pictures of interior of truck at time of pick up and how the key was found also have pictures of area where trucks are kept. No locks securing equipment no drop box or lock boxes for keys.

Be honest with the paper work and don't mislead or not tell what it's about or for. They or (he) Dustin could be more polite and not lie to his bosses so he don't get in trouble about not doing his job like he should be

I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. You changed my pickup location and when I drove by my original pickup location they had 4 trailers the same size I was renting on my pick up day and the same on my drop off day. I tried to drop off at my original pickup point on Sunday and the online told me I had to drop it off where I picked it up. Of course their gate is locked and I could not drop it off until Monday. I had to work so my wife had to drop it off after the gate opened and she was extremely uncomfortable pulling the trailer. Your whole process put us at risk and cost us an extra day. I will not rent from that location again. I expect to rent from where I want and not be moved across town to a location that I could not drop off when I needed to.

Was not able to pick up my truck on time business did not open up at 9 which was my pick up time the gate was locked until 9:15 when the worker arrived for work he was very curious and otherwise took care of my every need

I called Denise in Sarcoxie MO to rent a truck. Denise set the entire rental up for me. She was very helpful and the Uhaul 800 lady was very helpful. This was my first time renting with your company using the email system.

The person scheduling my trailer rental got it all screwed up. I wanted am open ramp trailer, she had an enclosed trailer. I wanted an afternoon pick up, she did a morning. I closed on my home Friday morning, I got a call asking if I was going to be able to get it by 2pm, I was in Branson on my way back home. So it had me pretty stressed out. Made me glad this is my last time to move.

I appreciate Dustin's timely help with this uhaul rental as we were needing it to move my in laws out of their home before the flash flood waters got them. Thankful to him for his courtesy and help!

They did not answer phone when tried to call to see if open. When I got there I had to go hunt someone down and he was getting ready to mow and didn't check me in. Made me worry about time and my cost if checking in late.

I called and dropped the truck as told to. I did not like the emails that told me to take pictures of everything because no one mentioned I would have to do this, we had to go back and take care of that since we had dropped the key in the drop box already.

I was being charged for the truck until wen.it was returned in 11/3 at 9 pm it was 14 hours early.was not due until 11/4 at 11am.i have a bad heart condition,witch this really upset me ,made me sick literary.a bill for 623.00 I will never use your company again
