Reservation was not there at agreed upon time. Owner was very helpful and it ended up working out but only by luck. Frustrating that a reservation is that difficult to hold on to.

When attempting to drop off the truck and equipment the app was not working and the location was closed during the time of drop-off. Due to app errors, I was prompted to drop off the truck and rented equipment on the next day of business (Tuesday). I could not because I was leaving town the morning prior (Monday). I had to leave the truck in an unsecured parking lot.

Close to house, had what I needed. I tried the 'on line check in', but after I entered some info, saw that more info was asked for and then there was going to be a next step. Thought this was going to be one of those 10 step deals, so I decided to just check in at your location. Let customers know on the first screen how many "screens" there are.
Great in person service. Terrible service on the pick up app. The lady helping me kept me waiting for 5 minutes at a time between chat responses, strung me along for 30 minutes, and then simply abandoned me. If the physical location hadn't opened, I don't know when I would have picked up my truck.
The owners were closing for the day when I arrived. They reopened to accept my drop-off and made the process a smooth transition.
They were closed so I did the self check in.
U Haul representatives was great to work with. They tried to resolve a problem that I am VERY VERY dissatisfied with U Haul corporate rate structure. I rented this same trailer when moving to Lubbock 2 years ago for $375 but on the return trip back to TN this year, I had to pay $570. This is terribly inconsistent and I am very unhappy with this price gouging from U Haul. The pick up location did not have to move a trailer or anything extra for me, therefore there was no reason for having to pay the extra fee other than the fact that U Haul can adjust their rates depending on situation and timing.
Everything went great! Dave and his wife are wonderful people, really helpful and friendly. \We will certainly go there if we ever need to rent a trailer or truck. Good Job!!

Location was only 2 blocks from my house. That's what made it excellent.
The breaks on the 20' uhaul were grinding and windshield wipers were useless. We drove in heavy rain and had 2" visibility due to the state of the wiper blades. I think it would be helpful if all features on the trucks were tested before renting out.
They told my husband it had to be back before 11 and no one was there to help him unhook it. He is over 70 and struggled with it for a long time and in the process he hurt his back. So in the future someone needs to be at the location to help old folks unhook. I am so upset !

Dave was a jerk. We got a text about late drop off, from UHaul, so we called twice and left a message. Dropped the truck off about 3 hours late, because of rain the day before (moving day). Dave charged us an extra day for the truck and charged us for not folding the pads. Jerk. Attitude was terrible. Absolutely no empathy. Said maybe someone would have needed that truck right then, but he had two other identical trucks at his yard. His customer service skills are poor. Fine if we have to be charged, but what a jerk he is. Will NEVER use ANYTHING from his location again. Never. Ever. Even his supervisor, Trey had absolutely no empathy. We had just spent over $400 on the rental plus another $200 in fuel. Terrible experience at this location.

This has been the absolute worst experience of my life, I feel horrible for anyone that has to work with U-Haul!!! Being told that you're incapable of taking simple instructions and don't know how to read, is NOT something I would want anyone else especially a loved one to have to experience!

I wasn't 100% clear on where to park the truck, so I apologize if it was inconveniently locates, however, I received a phone call that provided clear instructions on where to drop off the keys. I was able to drop it off after hours and it was super convenient being in a new town. Thanks for the help!

Great customer service
When I dropped it off, the location was poorly marked, and only had a small sign on a door in a building with several businesses. When I went in the front door to confirm I was in the correct facility; the two people inside acted as though I was interrupting something. I was not sure if they were going to allow me to drop it off or not; but shortly the gentleman got up a we hurriedly dropped it in a space. I said he would email me a receipt. It was dropped off yesterday (1 day early), and I still do not have the return receipt. I hope all is well, but as of this moment, I a have no assurance.
