I would suggest the private contractors to AT LEAST know the number to uhaul; in the event that there's an issue that they can't help with. The owners/ management need to be able to trubleshoot quickly. I would also suggest selling mask to customers that accidentally left their mask during a move.Lakesy W.

The location is not a direct U-Haul office. The person who provided the service had poor knowledge of my booking. He gave me his phone to talk to someone else, she was not able to resolved my problem. They didn't have an appliance dolly and couldn't referred me to someone else to solve it. In comparison the guy that helped me in DeSoto had great attitude, trying to compensate all the disservice I was exposed after driving from one location to other, trying to get the unit I booked several days in advance.adriana R.

Have agents know what they are doing I reserved a 10 ft truck but charged 300.95 for a 20ft truck after I was told my truck was 164.00 on top of all that won't get my money back for God Knows How Long and the drop off took forever beings the genius agent entered everything under a 20ft truck that didn't match the 10ft I was in guy never asked for my license or nothing .ALL IN ALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I BELIEVE MY LAST WITH UHAUL IF I COULD ID GIVE A - 1? Locations.. Although I do not live in this neighbor.. I was out of my comfort zone. But the service n attention I received..was more than I expected! Great job...the clerk was busy, yet he was able to multi task. He took care of his constant flow of customers...and took care of the rental process as well. Great Job!!James W.
Customer service is horrible. The wait time is one hour and a half. And the drop off was ridiculous, I had to wait till all the customers where helped before I could drop off. I was so frustrated, my husband was very upset at the poor customer service provided.Jessica S.

The first and last time I ever set foot at that location again. It was in a real bad part of town and the guy had no clue on what to do with the truck. Asking if he had to return a deposit which technically i could had lied and said yes but I didn't. I recommend U Haul to close business in that location not good for business.Luis M.

It was a drug environment ran company. As I was standing in the store waiting forever for the associate to realize what he was doing 2 different people walked in asking for drugs. They were told to come back in a hour. I was very uncomfortable while waiting. I know for a fact uhaul wouldn't approve of that.dollie P.
1. They were confused about my order, having to wait about 15 minutes for them to get my order cleared up. 2. I don't think a convenience store, with a lot of customer traffic, is a good place for UHall. 3. It is a dangerous place to pull into to park the truck having a very small parking lot filled mostly with convenience store customers.richard S.

The 1st Uhaul I picked up from forgot my folly and marked the gas up on truck rental. I notified them of both issues but my acct never was notate. The drop off location was able to fix issue after being told by pick up location CS that they would contact them, which in the hour I was at drop off location no contact was made to me nor drop off location from pick up location. I use Uhaul frequently and would have liked a better experienceTamara H.
