The location was a gas station/convenience store as well. The U-Haul representative was also the store clerk. Probably could have used a helper. The rep/clerk was efficient and friendly, although the trailer was not what was promised. Not his fault. He ran a nice shop!JEFFREY S.

Make sure the truck is not covered in snow before handing to customer which cuts into time especially since a reservation was made days prior. Also, there was an issue with the clerk reading the gas meter upon returning the truck. There was more gas in it than when first received. It took 10 minutes for him to realize that it was returned with the proper amount.Ashley T.

They let me leave my car at their place while I had driven down and back up. They were good enough to let me park it near the front of the store and kept an eye on it for me. Bill was very kind about that, since he could have left that area for other customers.Diane G.

By far the best experience we've had out of the four times we've used UHaul! The service we received from the gentlemen at A1Mart was beyond exceptional! They answered all of my questions, they were so kind, and took their time assisting me. As long as I'm in the area, I will not go anywhere else for a UHaul I will always go to A1. Location was not well maintained and didn't present a safe environment. I opened the Uhaul truck and the cab was muddy and dirty. I was doing a one way rental and the Uhaul truck did not have a full tank of gas to get me to my destination. This Uhaul site was also a gas station so I had to fill the truck before I left the site.BRENT P.

The place was fine, the first lady didn't seem to know what she was doing, and perhaps she was being trained. The man who helped me was frustrated with the Uhual company, and it showed. The issues with my reservation made it where he was not able to check me out. It was a long, long time to turn things in. He did try to help. Really the rating is more for the uhaul experience than for this particular location.Sonnett P.
Unpleasant all around from point my reservation was changed for holiday weekend which it is not holiday weekend to returning truck. Very disappointed with uhaulDiana O.
We hit some traffic and got lost and ended up being exactly 30 minutes late to pick up the truck, when we got there we found out that the truck had been rented to someone else because we were late and there wasn't another available. We ended up having to wait 5 hours for the truck to be returned before we were able to use the truck.John M.
This location did hot have a clue how to do a return. It was a convenience store/gas station with only one worker. The return took me 1/2 hour. The clerk had to continually stop my return to wait on customers. The clerk did not know how to do a return. I had to work with the clerk on the computer screen and show her how and what to enter into the computer to complete my return. This location should not be a Uhaul location.Michael F.

The day before I was to move, I was told that my pick-up location was changed and that the furniture pads I had ordered were not available. I had to make several phone calls to various places to get the pads. This is something that should have been taken care of by U-Haul personnel, not me.Carolanne C.
