Paul MendozaI received a call at 4:42 pm, the day before my reservation pick up saying that the owner was out of state and could I go by the facility to check the availability of the appliance dolly. The individual walked me through obtaining what I needed over the phone and was really pleasant, even offered to add a day and additional miles for the inconvenience. I only wished they could’ve called at an earlier time so I could’ve packed the Uhaul earlier.

John HadnotPut a hydraulic jack on trailer. I was unable to lift it off truck and had to use truck jack to lift it. That left trailer unstationary when lifted off trailer and if it feels on my foot that would be law suit. No one was their to unload

Les DaviesThe truck was clean but very old and the steering was not good. Multiple lights on the dash saying there are mechanical problems. I also called Uhaul because I didn’t have a contract showing where the gas was when I picked it up. I left it just under a half tank. I believe it was at a quarter when I picked up. Uhaul told me that they don’t show where the gas was and to just drop it off and they will note the system. The pickup location was good and they were prompt and nice. This is more of a complaint about the mechanical issues with the truck once on the road.

WANDA WEATHERFORDThe online reservation and pick up was a disaster. I was not able to speak to a person it all had to be done online. I prefer calling to make my reservation and someone being there to walk me through the pick up.

Richard WilliamsonThis rental was more complicated than any other rental I’ve done. First, the guy at the site I wanted to pick up said he had a truck coming back that day. I reserved pick up there. It’s 1 mile from my location. Then a lady called saying I couldn’t pick up there, changed my reservation to a much farther place. I had to call back and fix it. I was advised to to the 24/7 pick up/drop off. If it’s 24/7….I shouldn’t be bound by time…at least that’s the logical conclusion drawn by the term…24/7. Guy at the pick up place was short and abrupt. Area manager called me and helped me greatly. He was great! Then on drop off, I had to choose a place. WHY COULDNT I just drop it at the nearest place?? I passed more than one place to get to the designated place. Silly and a huge waste of time.
Taylor JamesThis was an easy drop off. All I had to do was park it in the designated spot and drop the keys in a drop box. If there were questions they called me to ask. So nice and easy and only 6 miles from my new home.
DONNA GARDNERThis location is not really manned. It's just a bunch of trucks parked. No accessories for available no dollies no blankets nothing.
Charles KernThe truck was dirty including broke glass and mud dried on the floor I had to clean it before I loaded my furniture into it I left it with way more gas in it than when I rented it and the dollar a mile really even government rates aren’t that bad

Rebecca VandenbergPickup location owner wanted truck picked up 3 hrs. Sooner than scheduled pickup. I was given a specific quote, yet was charged over $200 more than quote. I was told to go online to schedule pickup and that my phone number would pull up the quote. It did not. I will never use uhaul again and will tell all friends and aquaintences not to use your service.
