No gas in it when I got it???

james oWhen we opened the back of the truck at our location there was a couch inside. The uhaul location claimed the truck was empty when we picked it up but clear;y it wasn;t they refused to accept the truck back with couch and I had to pay to get rid of it.

Len CI paid to rent a dolly and when I picked up the rental truck there was no dolly. Since it was Sunday the uhaul store was closed and I had to buy one at a local hardware store for $150. I could have found one cheaper, but there was no other store within 20 minutes of my location. 😡🔥😡🔥. Wish they told me, the dolly was almost as important as the truck rental.
John OI would only recommend this location as it is the only place in town. So not much choice. Also the photos did not match the truck, there was a lot more damage on the truck that illustrated on the photos. Took additional photos and submitted them during the check out process. There was one photo of a rusted and bent wheel well that was not on this truck.
Robert PEverything went perfect. Booking online, working with the representative on site. Equipment was in order and a very streamlined experience all around. I would definitely recommend this location. The staff was friendly and made the process easy.

Dale LI got over charged I believe ,126 bucks for a one day rental put gas in it cleaned it back on time . I returned it on a Sunday I don’t suggest that . They rip u off on the mobile check in . Charged me 20 bucks for a convenience fee, eight dollars for gas which I return it at the line. I should return it at. Terrible experience.
Kevin BWorst-case I have ever experienced and to top it off I got over priced and didn't even have my truck I reserved proir to my move day and didn't even the appliances dolly I requested. I have been along time customer and now I will never use this service again.

William KWe had a 2 day rental , we picked up Saturday and returned Sunday. The location was closed and we locked the vehicle and put the keys in the lock box. We received a bill for $20.00 for an after hours service fee. We called the location and they were very nice but said we were supposed to fill out something on line which we were unaware of. This was our only disappointment.

charles lEnsure that there is no “bait and switch”. I was told that my truck rental would be in Southbridge Massachusetts and then on the day of me needing to get my U-Haul I was called and told that now it was 30 minutes away at a totally different location I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the mileage and that I would get a military veterans discount neither of those two things happened

ROBERT BI was told the additional items requested (furniture blankets and dolly) were secured in the truck. Made it to my destination almost an hour away and they were not. When I tried to call the pickup store, it took me an hour to get through. I left a detailed message on the first call requesting a call back. No call back was given. When someone finally picked up on my fifth call an hour later, I was told that those items would be removed from my bill, and not to worry. When I went to drop off the truck at a different location today (dropping off at the same location was not an option), these items were still on the bill. The lovely gentleman at my drop off called U-Haul and asked how he could remove them from our bill, and they told him that I needed to call the pick up location. I shared that I had already done this, and U-Haul said the only thing that could be done would be to transfer my bill back to the original location. I am currently being charged for the entire bill, and I need to call the original location back again tomorrow as they were closed today. Essentially, U-Haul makes it incredibly difficult to solve any problems through their hotline and punts them down the line to their service stations. It falls to the customer to be their own customer service. If I can’t solve this over the phone, I will need to go down in person, wasting time and gas. The gentleman at drop off noted that the pickup location I used, “Seems to make a lot of mistakes.” If you must use this site, triple check everything!
SARAH AI was originally scheduled to pick up at 0730 on Boston Rd in Springfield, MA. About 36hrs before pick up I was informed my new pick up location was 30 miles away in Brookfield, MA at 0900. That was an issue that caused my to rearrange all of my moving day scheduled activities and contact all my helpers of the time line change. It didn't "ruin" my move day, but it was an added stressor to an already stressful day of moving. The employees at the Brookfield location were very helpful. Which was nice.
Brian MI ordered 10 furniture pads. I got 1. No one at the facility in Brookfield seemed to care. I was given the address of another U-haul. No offer was made to call as a courtesy. When we got there, they were closed. Interior of the truck was filthy.

ROBERT PFrom the location I have nothing to complain about, I only have a complaint about the application system that canceled my schedule the day before, delaying my move to 6 ½ hours after my schedule and thus making me have to book in another city so I won't be late anymore still my change.

Thomas SYour dealer needs to understand the equipment being rented. Only when I turned in trailer, the gentleman informed me that I should not have used the trailer because of previous major damage that as a customer I was unaware of!

Alexander BI did mobile check in so I could get it before the place opened and we’ll needless to say that was a total fail all the uhaul stuff was snow plowed in covered in snow and no one around to help I was Stuck in the parking lot for another hour till they opened cleaned off the truck got out a tracker to push it out of the spot it m was stuck in and then I was still forced to stop at my home get my roof rake and clean the roof off myself making me incredibly late for where I needed to be and no it didn’t snow over night it did the previous morning. People were friendly but that just wasn't enough in my opinion....
