dan shawThere was a communication issue with Shari saying she did not have any record of our reservation. She was abrupt and seemed disoriented and disorganized. We were picking up moving pads and she made us wait for 30 minutes before getting the pads for us. It was extremely frustrating.

Jeramy MagallanesWell, the equipment fine. the problem I had is the trailer I rented they did not tighten the ball enough and it popped off the first bump I hit. Uhaul needs to service the equipment better. It rains a lot in Oregon and things get rusty. The screw that clamps down to the ball needs to be lubed also the racheting tie downs on car hauler needs to be lubed. And i asked not to charge my credit card i wanted to pay cash they did anyways.

Troy ThomasNo one was there atvthe location for drop off. So I called the number on the building and talked to someone after waiting for over 20 minutes . The told me to sign into my uhaul account and leave the trailer in the parking lot inside the gate. I went to leave the trailer exactly where I was informed to do so. And a woman came out yelling at me telling me that trailer doesnt belong there you cannot park it there. Just a horrible dirty experience

Hope RoseThe lady was great, however, there is not enough room at this location to have a U-Haul store. I had to maneuver through storage units to pick up the trailer, and the trucks for rent were just parked on the side of a dirt road. I reserved the trailer online and this was not even listed as a pick up location. I never received the confirmation phone call the night before. Then when I tried to call to confirm, there was confusion because when you google A-1 Self Storage you get the storage office which is separate from the U-Haul office. Next time I will just call the main U-Haul store directly and reserve over the phone. Nothing was ever communicated to me about the trailer hitch or lighting connector. I figured since they didn't even state was size hitch ball the trailer required that it must be provided with the trailer. Fortunately I brought both sizes of my own hitches with me just in case and one of them was the correct size. Unfortunately I was forced to purchase an adapter for the lighting connector for $12.95. This is ridiculous! This is a rental trailer that could be towed by a wide range vehicles. U-Haul should provide the hitch and any necessary adapter as part of the trailer rental instead of screwing the customer by luring them into a situation where they have to unexpectedly purchase extra items at the U-Haul store. Shame on you U-Haul!

stephen kishEach time I tried to get u-haul on line. It was like going through a maze. Very poor as they wanted me to register again and again. They cancelled my original reservation and I had to call three times. On-line is very bad.

STEVE DEALGet rid of the dealer at Chevel's Auto Sales on Riverside & 12th st in Medfford OR. He wasn't there, nor was anyone else when we went to pick up the trailer. I called him and he was at an auction and none of his employees were there either. Went to the main store, they didn't have one avaiable. They sent us to Phoenix Or to get one.That lady
Sandy TepperThe drop off location was behind storage units that were doing a flea market, it was fairly hard to find. The woman at the drop off location was not in her office once I finally found it. The person who was in charge of the storage units had to go find her for me. When she finally showed up, she only asked if I had put gas in the tank and told me I was good to go without asking me to sign anything. The way she was acting made me wonder if she was on some kind of drug.

larry wilderThe location was very difficult to find, with no signs at the front of the lot and the office tucked around a corner in the back. The truck I had reserved months previous was not available for me and I was "upgraded" to a bigger truck I did not want, which made my move much more stressful and the driving more difficult.

Kathy DayThe truck itself was amazing but the employee seemed unprofessional and unsure of how to do her job. My first impression of her was when i was walking up to the sliding door only to hear her screaming and cursing over the phone and not knowing how to ring up my whole order (going as far as to not bill me untill the next day resulting in my card to be declined and overdrafted). This is my first time moving and i never thought that just getting the truck would be so stressful. I will NEVER rent from this particular uhaul location ever again.
Nina DerbysherI rented a truck from one location, didn’t have a walk around done and when I got over to the moving location I opened the back and it smelled so strongly of marijuana that my eyes and throat were burning. I brought that truck back and went to the only other location in town that had a 26 ft truck available, did a walk around on that one and that one also smelled horrificly of pot. So then I had to get a 20 ft truck and it did not fit all of our stuff and we lost 4 hours of packing and moving time to deal with trucks. It was the worst experience ever and I am not happy with either location.

Vladimir SchiauI was charged an extra time and had to make several phone calls and the issue is still not resolved. One of uhauls customer service agent gave me false information and now my bank account is overdrawn. I would not suggest uhault to anyone as it is always a headache
