Gate was broken/open more often than it was closed, so not a secure site. The rent was way too high for the quality of the storage, especially compared to similar facilities. Randomly added on fees in the last few months without any explanation as to why was also not okay. Also got locked into the storage a few times when the gate would not open.
YELENA T | Overall ExperienceHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not rent from these people and expect to get your money's worth. I turned in my keys on the 8th day of the month, having called and previously spoke with someone on the 23rd day of the previous month, and then was charged the full amount for the FOLLOWING month. When I called and spoke to the owner she told me I didn't give 14 days notice (which I had), and that I didn't speak to anyone until a month after I had turned my key in. Even when I had phone records to prove it, they wouldn't refund me. Never have I felt more disrespected by a company, I will be telling all my friends in Moses Lake to AVOID these people at all costs.

I was kicked out without being told why and without proper notice or anything. I've never been treated more poorly by any company in my whole life. I only had a few things (MY daughters things) and now I won't get them back. Ashley is very rude and has no professional etiquette, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
