They gave us the truck on an empty tank then charged 100 for 3 hours of use. The lady was very difficult in the process of trying to rent this truck. Id just go to an actual uhaul store and not random pick up locations for now on

Drop off was horrible. I dropped off at 3:45 and it was due at 4. Got charged an extra day because the lady was busy braiding someone's hair i suppose. I said do I need to do something online to check it in. She said no you're good.

Use a different place to drop the truck off. This was a clothing/hair braiding location. Children were running around all over the shop and it, quite frankly, looked like a dump. I was glad it was still daylight.

I waited over 40 minutes for someone to arrive to give me the truck. My time had to be changed to 9:45 am in order for me to keep my same reservation. I rent from Uhaul several times a week and never had this experience. I even went to a different location to try to rent a truck and when I arrived back at this location, they still had not arrived. Arrived after 945

The truck didn't have gas (literally 10 miles to empty) in it and I got charged for leaving it with MORE GAS than what I started with. 0/10 will NOT be using Uhaul again.

I was charged for two “units” and two “units” of a dolly which we never received. I've always rented the truck for a day at the advertised price. No one mentioned “units”. Mileage at .59 was a little pricey too. Won't use U-HAUL again.

A utility dolly was rented and unavailable. This reservation was made a month prior. I don't understand why this couldn't have been arranged to be sure it was available. Also, the contract was not explained accurately as far as the uhaul due date time. There is a dispute in regarding the additional charge that occurred as the contract said one thing and we even returned the uhaul the day before this.

My charges for the return of the u haul was incorrect and the business was closed that I dropped off to so i did the online return but the next day I was over charged on my card.

The salesperson was not specific on where to drop off the U-Haul the next morning. She stated to drop it off anywhere in our area, to look up the nearest U-Haul location and drop it there. Received a phone call later that evening that stated a specific location that it needed to be dropped off at. The issue is that the location was NOT clear on the voicemail and all we got was "garage" something. Had to assume the location we dropped off at was the correct one. Before dropping it off at the "garage" we had already looked up another location that accepted U-Haul and instructions were to close the gate after parking, there was not a gate at this location to close (looked old and deserted) so went on a hunt to find something with the name of "garage" in it in our area to finally drop off the U-haul.

Overall everything was ok it seem like the transmission was pulling a little to hard. They might need to get it checked out. We had to keep the truck longer than 6 hours. I think there should be a flat rate to keep the truck for a day because you never can really estimate how traffic is going to be.

The young girl was not sure about what she was doing and trying to use a cell phone to do my rental and return. She was nice just very young probably 14 or 15 years old. The location was nasty and should not be used for a rental location not very professional.

The gentleman was trying to pull up our reservation on an outdated cell phone. When he finally seemed to find it, he added several other items to the reservation. He only seemed to get things "close" when I went outside to call the 800 number for help! When I returned inside, he had our reservation printed without showing it was prepaid. Talking with the 800 agent (both of us!) it was finally decided he would mark it paid and we would settle the dispute on the returning end, as he'd alreadry charged us for the additional insurance. I would hope UHaul would pull this man's ability to rent. It was about 1 1/2 hours lost!

There was no one there to greet you when you return or need a vehicle rental. When trying to get somebody so I can get my $75 deposit back. The person said they will not be there until after 5. That was not acceptable. And when I talked to the rep in that area left him a voice message did not get a reply on how to get my $75 deposit back.
