There was a slow leak in one of the tires, we noticed it halfway through the trip and put air into it... we estimate the tire was at 10 lbs when we realized the problem. After we filled it, it lost only 2 lbs by the time we reached our destination. I regret the additional load the low tire on the trailer put on my 17 year old car, for the hundreds of miles before we recognized there was a problem. All is well in the end but wanted to let you know about the leak.

I was charged the wrong amount. The gas tank was approx. 2/3 full and I was charged for a full tank, yet only drove about 5-8 miles.

The woman who checked me out was perfectly friendly and helpful, just as you would expect a customer service professional to be. On that basis I should have rated the overall location "average" but in this day and age of constant ratings, I didn't want to ding the place. The equipment was well used and could use some maintenance but it got the job done and that's really the only important thing. I WOULD definitely recommend the location to a friend.

Place locked up when we arrived even though it was during operating hours. I used a “need help” button and someone let me in remotely. It turns out, an employee was sitting there in a truck the whole time and did not get out to help me In the lot, park the trailer or unhook it. Not good service.

The location was very difficult to find. The phone number for this location that was printed on my contract was not correct -- it was a U-Haul customer service number, and when I called to try to get information about how to find the drop-off location I was on hold for 10 minutes or more. When I finally found the drop-off location, it was closed, but they had a phone number to call. They were able to open the gate remotely and I was able to park the truck, drop off the keys and leave.

I rented a truck for 24 hours I rented it at 11:00 a.m. on a Wednesday the next day Thursday morning at 8:30 I get a call from some lady stating that the truck is late and they're going to call the police say the truck is stolen. How can you do that? When the truck is not do intell 1100am..🤔

Very rude customer service. She treated us like we were stupid. Told me that the information we got in Las Vegas wasn't accurate and charged us for a extra day because we were 30 minutes late. The facility looked like a junk yard. Not UHual quality.

There are noises in the back of the cargo van while driving but no serious issue on dashboard. Do straps or structure snap and pop? I had light loads with no heavy furniture. I had end tables and small patio table. Old Lady furniture that I was able to load myself.

When I arrived my dolly was not in the truck. I called the 1-800 number and was told to wait until 9 when the location opened. After waiting around for approximately 25 minutes someone did show up-for the other business located on the property. That employee told me that no one from Uhaul would be coming in because they rarely come to the location. He also stated that the only way to contact them was through the (broken) help button on the call box. He didn't have a number. Not having the dolly was rather inconvenient, but even more so was the time I wasted waiting for someone who was never going to show up. When I went to return the truck, the return instructions on the website didn't provide the gate code. After another 15 minutes on hold, I finally reached someone who gave me the code-but the gate didn't open. It kept saying to call the manger, which, as we've established, was not possible. The person on the phone did try calling the number on file, but she was unable to reach anyone. I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly the gate opened. I was able to return the truck and pick up my car, which I had left in the lot. Due to the length of time I spent waiting to return the vehicle, I missed an extremely important appointment. We used Uhaul for our cross-country move last year and were considering using your services when we move back this year, however after all of this I'm not sure that will be happening. I rented this truck because I am a teacher, and I was recently let go from my position. My car doesn't have enough cargo space to clear out my classroom, and it needed to be done in one day. This rental ordeal made an already difficult experience even more painful and stressful.

Everything worked out but there was a delay at pickup. Something was glitching on the app but the guy who could see me on the camera and helped me was amazing. Also, at drop off, the woman who helped on the phone was great. The guy who called me from the main office, or whatever, could use some customer service training. Sorry I didn't get names.

The location and personnel are great! The condition of the truck was horrible. There is clearly something wrong with the transmission as it would often times rev very high before it finally down shifted. The plastic panel under the steering wheel fell off while driving - very dangerous. We got it back on, but someone should check it.

I was told this location was open until 8p and arranged to drop off the truck about 7p. I arrived at 6:30 and the site was closed. I called U-Haul, they sent me to a nearby location where I would leave the truck using the app. The app didn't work. I connected with the first drop off point, who then opened the gate remotely where I was instructed to just park the truck and drop the keys. What should have been a 10 min event took nearly an hour.

Technical error on the text messaging regarding return digital check in meant I didn't get message regarding how to check in my return until after I had already dropped vehicle off and dropped keys in drop box. I would imagine that would be an error from my cellular service, perhaps include those instructions via email as well.

They charged me for 70 miles. I kept track and only drove it 15 miles. But somehow their mistake is my fault and theres nothing they can do. Whatever will never rent another uhaul again. Penske typically does a better job

I reserved an enclosed truck with a 16' bed. When I got there, it was 10' bed, and the guy tried to tell me that the 16' included “Grandma's Attic.” Then we had to drive north to meet up at another location (kinda shady, meth-head location attached to a used car lot) to get a different truck. Finally got on the road. The transmission was failing, and would not shift into the next gear. Reving it up until almost 5,500 rpm to get it to shift into 1st... then second... then 3rd. Dangerous driving on I-25 when I could not even get up to speed with the traffic. Wasted time, and extra $ in gas to refill. That truck needs to go to the shop! And still got charged $171.06 for less than a full day. I'm going to use Budget Rental next time. I can't image Uhaul even trying to rent this truck to some poor family trying to drive out of state: they'd end up stuck on the side of the road.

We pulled truck to gate then dropped key off in drop box. My husband noticed a tiny note on the gate saying we had to use an app to get the truck in the gate. The key was already in the lock box!! A large note specifying drop off location and need to park in gate would be helpful since that is what you see first!!!

Communicate before the customer arrives to the pickup location that they need to call by pressing the button on the gate as it's not a location you actually go to where someone checks you in in person. Also be sure to provide the code to the gate when dropping off the truck to all customers

the problem was that another Uhaul location that was supposed to be open for drop off until 2pm on a Saturday and they had closed at 10am. Not good for business. 1126 Main street , Longmont, CO I believe was the address. Not impressed. the Better Mini Storage was able to help us out with the drop off. No hassle there.

Office wasn't very well labeled and was a tiny little shed. Location could improve the signage. Also even though their hours listed them as being open from 9 am to 5 pm on Sunday, no one was there when we returned our keys.

This location, vehicle and employee were fine.. It was the reservations that was terrible. Booked a van on a Wednesday for a 10am pick up. on Sat.Starting at 11 am Friday through 3am Saturday morning I recieved texts and emails changing the vehicle and pick up locations.. Most frustrating rental ever!!
