Please do not inconvenience the customer by changing the pickup location by 40 miles one way to pick up the reserved equipment. The network of vehicles should be designed to ensure customer satisfaction not inconvenience to UHaul.JEFFERY S.

Before I went here, my original pickup location. Was some moronic asshat at a place called 3d's barber shop. Because of how he treated me I will NEVER use uhaul again. When I contacted customer support it was evident that nobody really gave a fuck. I will do everything I can to discourage as many as I can to never use uhaul until the day I die.John F.

Layla was absolutely wonderful, the Representative i rented from at HWY 92 storage in Dallas ga. Extremely professional and quickbthe entire process was seemless i will not only rent from U-haul again but from her location. The owner was very helpful and processed my transaction in an effective manner, despite system-wide computer issues. She worked with me as I processed a mobile iphone check in and presented a really clean and well operating truck. I had to extend my use by a few hours and she was flexible and helpful. When reserving online, trucks reserved at a specific location they should be there. Hwy 92 pick up was offered after we confirmed at another location online. Hwy 92 did a great job.Andrew S.

Riccie was 20 mins late to open this morning which delayed us picking up our UHaul and altered the entire day. When she got there she didn't apologize for the delay or even greet us. Because she was late there were a few people behind us so she sped through the paperwork and never told us the mileage to not go over which resulted in us having to pay a fee.Kristen S.

When a customer makes a reservation in person, and they get an in-person confirmation of the truck being available at that location, don't move their reservation. I reserved a truck at the storage facility 3 miles from my new house, the same storage facility where my stuff was stored, so that I could just get my stuff and go, and then Uhaul moved my reservation 20 miles away so I had to rearrange my whole day and pay for extra gas and mileage. And that's not ok. Luckily, the owner of my storage unit understood my frustration and helped me to return the truck there instead of my altered pickup location, so that's nice.Brandon D.

The original location we were given to drop off was much further than this location and when we got there to 320 W Memorial Dr, Dallas GA (original drop off location) there was no UHaul signage, drop off box. Nothing to mark it as a uhaul retailer. Short of just leaving the truck in the grocery store parking lot with the keys in it there was nothing we could do as it was after hours for uhaul. I decided to take it to the Hiram Acworth Hwy location that I had originally requested to drop off at as it was much closer to my home. It was a very frustrating experience after a long dayRebecca W.

The truck needed to have been serviced prior to use. The steering wheel was shaking and vibrating during the entire time we used it. The bed of the truck had not been swept out previously and WE had to remove the debris from the previous renters. Then, after all that, there was an obnoxious siren that came on during our move that we had to listen to the entire time we had the truck!!! It was deafening!!! This was NOT a good experience at all'Wynette C.

The location was actually good but U Haul itself screwed up my move from the beginning! First, I told your rep on the phone that I couldn't pick up my truck until 6 on Friday so naturally it is scheduled at a place that closes at 5 throwing off my schedule! Then they put the return location a half hour away in when I call to reschedule I am told no worries we can go here but get an email showing the same fucking place. So I call back, do not cuss or yell at your rep but get transferred to the regional office that is closed and then send back to the main directory where I sit on hold for another 10 minutes! This experience would have to improve to be stupid! By the way the truck wasn't full either!JERRY E.

The personnel stepped away to lunch. The vehicle was dropped off, key left in the drop box. I guess it was bad timing on my part. Overall, my experience with U haul was satisfactory and I would use them again.EVELYN A.
