The location tried to charge us $1000 extra dollars, saying we didn't return the truck til about two and a half weeks after we picked it up. But we returned it the same day we picked it up. Thankfully, customer service fixed that for us. Wouldn't recommend renting from this location to anyone.Kenneth T.

Absolutely will NEVER use this location again. This is a tire shop./auto repair business. U-HAUL is the LAST thing on their minds. Their customers come first, uhaul customers can just wait. This is the second and last time we will go there. Cursing, made us wait, the first time they didn't check us in and 6 weeks later u-haul called to find out what we did with the trailer. PLEASE don't allow them to represent U-Haul. They DO NOT have your best interest at heart.Elaine M.

these guys were just awful. rented from i haul many many times and never had such poor experience. i noticed the truck was below the level of gas stated o the contract and the man said he had adjusted the gas amount on the contract. said i could t leave my car on the property so i left it on the road and they left a message on my phone basically threatening to have it towed. i took a photo of the gas gauge at the time of rental and the representative in kingman on andy devine honored that. i have the voice mail as well of the initial representative being very weird about my car being on the road by thier business. it was there from the time i rented the truck u til i got back to pick it up at approximately 9pm the same day. really just made a stressful experience even more stressful.EDYE B.

This location needs more inventory. He's in a remote location so had trouble getting and keeping inventory, but he can rent it if you can find a way.Clemens H.

You can fire your rep. In Bullhead City he was rude and uncaring. Contrary to advertising he refused to rent us a trailer for one way trip. we had drive all the way in to Needles were they had just one smaller than needed but time limitations left no options . Uhaul computer reservation is terrible to work with. It doesnt work. Inventory isnt where thr ap thinks it is. Multiple calls are made to make alternative arrangements then the info put in the ap doesnt get to the dealer. Then we have to do it on paper anyway . Ihaul people are wonderful. The product is awesome. The dealers are great to work with. Since the reservations are ultimately made by phone anyway, uhaul could save a lot of money just going back to the 800 number call center. The ap is horrible. Uhaul company, uhaul products and Uhaul people are wonderful. Ditch the ap and go with the 800 # ;)clemens H.

I was supposed to pick the truck up at 8 AM by 10:15 they were still trying to figure out how to locate a truck/fill out the paperwork. Although they were personable they were terribly disorganized. I had six laborers waiting to help move at $30 per hour equals $360 wasted. If you want to give me a rental credit for a future use it would be the right thing to do.DENNIS T.
We were stuck in the area and needed a vehicle. We had rented the previous 4 weeks for a total of $60 a day. Our last rental was $156. The store we rented from basically robbed us. Lesson learned.EMERSON K.

This is the first time I have used U-Haul. The web sight was easy to navigate and use. I made my reservation on line. I had to drive 225 miles to move a load of furniture back to my house. A Plus Auto Care had my trailer ready and waiting. They were very helpful in attaching the trailer to my truck. Everything about the move went well. U-Haul and A Plus Auto Care were a great help!Jeffery S.
The only complaint I have is that the rep into the truck is 2 feet off the ground. This is fine if you are 6 feet tall, but if you are 5'2â€ with little upper body strength, it makes getting in and out of the truck a very unpleasant experience. I either had to park next to a curb that was at least 6â€ high ( even then I barely got in) or ask complete strangers to boost you into the truck. This part of the rental was uncomfortable enough that I would look for a truck with steps closer to the ground before renting another truck from U-haul. This is no reflection on any of the people I interacted with. They were exceptionally helpful and polite.Peggy K.

Don't change someone's reservation last minute, and then make it a total of 40 miles out of the way for the customer to get it. And then charge the customer for the mileage when they're having travel 40 miles just to return the thing. it's not even their fault. It's Yours.Cameron B.

Was charged for extra gas.Filled it to the same spot and drove 2 blocks to the drop off location. Was charged for extra gas to my debit card onfile.Not cool_also dropped off with 23 miles under what was allowed for the rental. I use to have a good experience with Uhaul. The establishment was fine. I wouldnt recommend Uhual itself to anyone ever. Uhauls customer service line... goodluck. Renting a vehicle... Take a number (they are severly under staffed and over worked through the last 3 rentals) Expecting good equipment for how pricey it is... You will get ran down garbage that puts you on edge and makes you wonder if you will make it to you destination safely. No exageration! Ryder people... RYDERRyan O.

Awful service people were rude my car actually broke down I had no way to get anywhere other than to rent a U-Haul he was the U-Haul renter and didn't even say anything to me about renting a U-Haul my girlfriend in New Mexico called me and told me there was a U-Haul joint there in Needles California. Not very customer friendly as far as I'm concerned will never use them again.GENEVA R.

The guys at this place are awesome! We were stuck in needles due to our Budget rental truck breaking down and the folks at Uhaul made everything better. Got a call from the regional office the day before the pickup. Region changed my pickup location, I had to drive over 40 miles out of my way, so why did I have registrar earlier. Pickup was like had not filled out anything. They Did not check the trailer for dents or damage.Gordon Q.
Waited over an hour to be waited on and when finally got to counter it took forever .The back of the 20 Foot was filthy and had to clean it out before we could use it .Not much fun in 108 degree weather!!! Tow dolly had a twilight and stoplight out .shouldnt have sent it out like that !!!!Larry P.
