Vajidkhan PShe never sent the contract or told me to take a photo of gas level before leaving . I stopped a block away and checked the gas was at 7/8. I only went 10 miles so most it should have taken is one gallon of gas. Yet I was charged 29.99 for gas. After I returned it she said it was on full when I took it which it obviously was not since I never let it run when I wasn’t driving and it doesn’t take 1/8 tank to go 10 miles. The truck smelled so dirty I could barely stand to drive it.

Kira MPassenger headlight was out, hard to see road. Windshield washer fluid empty, windows dirty reduced visibility. Unclean cabin, very dirty.

Jayda BVery disappointed with customer service, deduct from my account $111.50 for deposit purposes not even return the balance money. I keep calling customer service leave msg on voice mail no one give call back .disgusting very very poor customer service.
Ravi SI got stuck trying to pull the vehicle out of its parking space and needed the help of a passer-by to push me out. Having the snow removed around the parking space would have been nice so this wasn't an issue.
