La atencion del chico encargado en A+ Mini Store fue muy buena, sin embargo se demoró un poco al momento de la entrega ya que la persona que lo asistió via telefónica me hizo un cargo incorrecto por concepto de gasolina, cuando devolvi el vehiculo con gasolina full. El se encargo de resolver todo. Pero en general todo estuvo muy bien.

Clerk did not know what she was doing. Waited 20 minutes to pickup because her system was not responding. Upon dropoff, she charged me for gas, even though I had just filled tank and the gauge read above full. Asked for refund, and she didn't know how to do that. Will not be renting from this location ever again.

The truck was empty of fuel, then I was promised to receive a discount of $42.00 for returning it with 1/4 tank. I returned it with 1/4 tank ; the indicator was close to the 1/4 signal but the most rude lady at the counter said that it has to be over a 1/4 to receive the credit. Very disappointed.

All went perfectly fine, just like all other times I have rented U-Haul vehicles and bought merchandise from U-Haul stores. It was my first time at this particular location and now my last! Unfortunately for me, my experience turned negative quickly. When I went to return the truck, there was nobody available to inspect it because the man in charge was out to lunch. I thought it was unusual but since leaving it has never been an issue in the past, I parked it for the lady attendant, told her the gas was the same, and that all was great. What a mistake! A few hours later I received the final bill via email, and my credit card had been charged for unknown gallons of gas and an extra $30 gas fee. It must be a mistake I thought. Today, I wasted precious time to go speak in person to the same lady I rented it from thinking that they had made a mistake. The answer was speak to U-Haul! What? You are the one who made a mistake. Can I speak to your Manager? I am the Manager. And you cannot solve this? No, speak to U-Haul! What kind of customer service is this!!! Luckily, I had taken pictures of odometer before and after my trip, and I had proof they were wrong. ALL BEWARE, DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT FINAL RECEIPT!!! Now, the amazing customer service people of real U-Haul have my complaint, and are diligently investigating.

I rented the truck on Friday August 31st around 1:50 pm. Before I drive it I realized that the gas cap was missing so I went to the office and ask for the cap; Representative from the storage called previous customer that drove the truck, 45 minutes later and with the truck still parked at the storage facilities previous cuatomer returned the gas cap and finally I could start my 24-hours rental, at this point I left the storage facility at 2:45 pm. I returned the truck on Saturday September 1st at 2:30 pm (so, less than 24 hours later), I returned the key and was told that I will received confirmation of the amount charged by email; I was surprised when I received the email that I was charged 2 days instead 1. Please, call the storage place where I rented the truck and verify all this information and also the reason why they deliberately process the return 1 hour later than the real hour and once your investigation is done please refund me accordingly. Thank in advance for your prompt decision.

I cannot stress enough to verify every single thing on mileage, fuel, and anything else they could charge for. I have gotten a bill for more miles than I drove and outrageous fuel issue. I brought it back with needle still on a 1/4 tank. Than I got billed for them saying they had to put fuel in and the convenience charge. All in all I was charged roughly 75 dollars more than should be. I now have to deal with costumer service to try to resolve. Watch your back with this location.

The clerk was rude. I was 30 minutes late picking up the rental, half an hour before closing hours. He seemed personally inconvenienced by that. Then when the tag number didn't match the key ring, he acted as if I was stupid for not randomly testing trucks until one worked. He was better the next day when I had my son call in to request more time. He needs to learn how to provide courteous customer service.

Have the employee/s walk customers to the location of the truck instead of just assuming all customers know where trucks or equipments are at this location. Having the employee do a walk around the truck with the customer as they are done in other locations assuring of previous damages to the truck are not the responsibility of the current customer. Have the employee give a full description as to when to drop off keys/truck when returning back to this location.

At least try to provide a better costumer service. I sent a email to tickets@uhaul.com and after 48h I haven't got any answer at all. This was the email: Invoice balance $ 13.82 = 5.82 toll + 8 Administration fee Customer number: --------- I am writing about my first experience with UHAUL. First of all, I went to the office and I found that the office is a dealer office. It was a surprise for me that dealer offices are not able to make reservations. Therefore, it was impossible for me to rent the truck in that place. I had to go back to my car and do the reservation on my phone. Secondly, the guy at the counter didn’t know how to do his paper work. I spent almost an hour only waiting for this guy to finish with another costumer that was in front of me. This guy had to call to another person all the time to guide him during the whole process. This guy also almost gave the other customer and me the yellow sheet by mistake. That sheet is for customers that hasn’t paid the insurance and that was not our case. After all this time wasted we received the truck dirty. Now, I’ve just received an email from you about the tolls. Of course that I have to paid the tolls but one dollar per toll as an administration fee is too much. I was planning to use UHAUL as a moving option from Miami to New York but with these hidden fees seems that it is way better to use another company. Another thing is that we asked the guy about the tolls and he told us that this is the same as a car rental that the tolls are charged to the credit card later on. The same happens if we return the truck with a lower gas level. I am very dissatisfied with U haul
