This was NOT the chosen location. I went to pick up my rental and once again there was no truck. The uhaul was not clean I swept it out before I would put my stuff in it and the cab looked like something had been spilt in it it would have been nice if it had been wiped down especially with the whole covid situation, Butte truck drive very well. Good ride. Over all it was goodAmy L.

I confirmed my reservation at this location on the phone the day before my pickup with the employee, and when I went to pickup the vehicle the next day fory 9am reservation this same employee told me that she could not find my reservation and was very rude. My experience renting the truck was terrible. I was moved to 3 different locations before they put me in a truck which was not the size I ordered. I drove all over BR and lost 2 hours of move time.John D.
The dollys that I rented weren't put on the truck, and they still tried to charge me for them because it "wasn't their problem." Also, if you couldn't infer from the previous sentence, the attitude on the other end of the phone was atrocious.Beau A.

The vehicle had a leak which soaked all of the boxes in the top of the UHaul and part of our mattresses. I tried to start a claim with your support but no one every got back to me. I will not be using UHAUL again if something is not done to fix this situation.Jacob T.

It should be made more clear on the online reservation that you are not guaranteed your pick up location. While the location in Prarieville was very nice and the owner of the establishment was very polite and helpful, we had made the reservation to pick up in Denham Springs and this pick up location was 30 minutes out of our way.Rebecca B.

The initial price of renting a truck is very deceiving , I thought I was paying 29.95 plus tax and a little more for miles and hand truck. I ended up leaving and paying 140.00 for one day. The representatives need to do a better job explaining what the cost might actually be UP FRONT.Mark B.

On the U-Haul website, I was able to choose A Plus storage as a "one month free" storage unit through U-Haul when I typed in my zip code. However, I was told by U-haul this facility is not part of that program. Also, I selected my move-in date through U-haul's website and the storage was closed when I arrived so I had to find somewhere to keep by belongings until they reopened. When I got back to A plus storage on Monday, they were very kind and apologetic for the mistake, but they did not know about my storage reservation for Saturday. There must be some sort of gap in communication between U-haul's online reservations and facilities.Jacie R.

We originally had a reservation at Milano's Self Storage at 14125 LA HWY 44 in Gonzales, LA. Well...after 45 minutes they couldn't find my reservation but finally ended up finding my name. The insurance came up to $406. So they called the main uhaul number and they figured out my reservation was put in as MARCH 18th instead of February 18th. The owner asked the main uhaul number if there was another truck located near us? They said there was a truck available at the HWY 42 location. So we drove over to that location. The lady at the HWY 42 location was very friendly and nice. However, when we tried to drive the truck we quickly realized the truck was stuck in the mud, so we weren't able to move the truck. Fortunately there were two customers that were able to help get the truck out of the mud. Once we were able to obtain the truck, the moving experience was fine. Then the drop off process was quick and easy.Heather C.

The rental experience I had with U-Haul was the worst experience I have ever had in my 65 years. If someone from your organization would have read the last two comments to your organization, I'm sure you would not have asked for another comment from me. The only good thing that has come from this experience was the confederate treatment I finally received from the young lady at the Prairevill, La. facility. I called U-Haul on three different occasions to express the problems I was experiencing but know one there seemed to give a damn. I even sent an e.mail to your company requesting some one call me. But as before, no one bothered to take the time to do that. I will never use U-Haul again and I will never recommend your company to any of my friends. John S.
