The people that take care of the to response in the morning they maybe fell sleep because they never answer me back and I have to go inside of the gas station to finish the transaction, also the app is to use, I personally don't planing to used any more next time I go strait to the counter they probably not the friendly people but is easier.

WORTS SERVICE EVER!!!! From beginning to end!! It took over 40 minutes to get the truck, even with all the online info I sent like picture of driver license all credit card info, an even at the en of online reservations said “”you saved half the time “ REALLY?? Then It would has been 1 1/2 hrs then. I went to pick it up at 9:30 and i left at 10:12 am !!!! And when I brought the truck back the same day at 2:33pm there was only one person so she couldn’t check it and she says she will do it later and not to worry. This was Saturday. So I called Sunday to check why I have t get my receipt yet and the guy at customer service says it wasn’t close yet. I’m like WHAT!!! I better not get charge extra and he PROMISED ME THAT I WONT. Then Today mi day I get a receipt for almost 120 and I see that it says extra day. I called again and a lady answered this time and had to call the place and fix it. Your COMPANY MADE ME WASTE SO MUCH TIME. Didn’t get the truck I reserved on time and almost made me loose the items I needed to pick at 10:15 to be ready for the hurricane. And then got EXTRA CHARGE FOR A DAY. Really SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR COMPANY. Called 2 times to get this fix . Made me loose time. Won’t use your company again. And tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

24/7 online check in was not as efficient as I would have hoped. We waited 45 minutes before being connected to a representative to approve our truck at check in. The website was glitchy and made us redo information multiple times at both check in and drop off.

I got the contract email/bill a day later than I turned in the vehicle. It gave me a lot of anxiety waiting to see what the final charge was, but otherwise it was a very enjoyable renting experience.

Take away the ability for this location to rent U-Haul equipment. Everything about this location was bad. The customer service, scheduling departments, and what i was told was a regional manager were not helpful at all. They were combative, rude, and threatening. If you allow someone to make a reservation(contract) to pick up at a given location and drop off at a given location, you cannot arbitrarily change the customers drop off location because it is inconvenient for the drop off location to receive the equipment. If it was stated in the rental agreement that a change could happen and the customer was forced to drop off at a different location, none of the customer service representatives , reservation representatives , or even the “regional manager” could say where that was stated in the contract. Also, if a change of dropoff location was forced by Uhaul, the website needed to be up to date with drop off location information. In short, i picked up my vehicle with 24/7 online service, followed the instructions provided to drop off my vehicle, through the uhaul website. Then 30 minutes later received a call from ARC Towing saying they were going to charge me $5000 and wrong dropoff location and be billing my card on file immediately. What a poor excuse for a uhaul location.

Truck was very dirty inside. The lady in the afternoon is very rude. This is the 3rd time I rented a truck from there and she is always the same. Even the employees complain about her. I will NEVER will use Uhaul from that location again. She is rude and unprofessional.

Was charged $56 for insurance that was not requested, fuel on paperwork did not match what was in truck which led to confusion at drop off, alotted mileage was 20 miles less than actual driving mileage.

I rented the cargo van. it had not been swept out when i picked it up. there was sirt filling from a pillow a dirty sock in the back. it smelled like some had horses in it. the wind shield was dirty. there was no washer fluid in it.

The day i picked up the vehicle, the lady who "took care" of me, had me stand there 5 min, while she finished a personal call as i stood there in front of her. Returning the vehicle, once again i waited 10 min for them to worry about sticking a star to the wall that would not stay. Only for her to be rude to me during check out. I am very unhappy with the whole experience.

Staff was great.... however, I reported problems with my truck when I rented on 2/2-2/3. When I rented the same truck on 2/12 the same items that I reported had not been fixed despite the UHAUL repair person having just left-according to the staff. When ARC called uhaul customer service they were less than helpful as we were trying to report that their truck leaked during the rain and my items had gotten saturated. Little concern voiced from customer service other than “tell her to go to repwest.com”.

I brought the truck in ahead of schedule. I've been to this location before, they are close to my home. This is a towing company and I'm sure they deal with a lot of mad folks. Without saying to much more, I'll drive further to return future rentals.

They took our order wrong and then the person I called to ask about it later hung up on me.... I had only asked her why I was overcharged? Seemed like an unnecessary reaction. Wont be using this location again.

The lady at this location looked after me brilliantly! After the the uhaul call center messed up my order and booked me at a location that was under construction and therefore not renting. I lost hours of my day because of this but this lady kept me sane!!!!!

Hello. My name is Jesus Hoyos. On October 3rd I made a reservation for an auto transport and a pick-up truck at the New Beginnings location to be picked up the following day (10/4). The morning of 10/4 I received a call from this location saying that they did not have the pickup truck I requested but instead sent me down the road to the A R C Towing location. When I arrived at the ARC location, I rented the auto transport and pickup. The pickup truck was completely disgusting. It had sand and trash covering the entire inside and truck bed. Also, the pickup truck did not have any gas in it so I ended up putting in $15. While I was putting the gas in, I realized that the truck did not have a ball hitch on it. I went inside and talked to the woman at the counter who called her supervisor. Her supervisor told her that I needed to either purchase a ball hitch from U-Haul or provide my own. If I had my own ball hitch, I probably wouldn’t have needed to rent the pickup truck in the first place. My question is, why are the truck and auto transport offered online as a “package” together when one cannot hook to the other once I arrive unless I make another purchase to a ball hitch that should’ve come on the truck to begin with? Anyways, the amazing lady at the ARC Towing brainstormed and realized that the price of a 10’ truck was the same as the pickup but the 10’ also comes with a ball hitch. The issue? The truck that she had at her location was not operable. I ended up having my reservation changed and transferred over to the New Beginnings location (now for an auto transport and 10’ instead of my original reservation that they could not provide to me). At the New Beginnings location, their system was not only down, but also not letting them sign in. The woman over there called the same supervisor (Chris) that the towing location had called originally about the ball hitch. I waited over an hour while the woman, Chris, and another customer support person all tried to figure out how to rent me these two things. Eventually they concluded that they would send myself and my reservation across the street to another U-Haul location. I get there and tell them the story about my day. They tell me they have an auto transport but won’t have a 10’ until at least 3pm. I tell them that won’t work for me because I need to be moved out by a certain time and I can’t waste all day waiting around for the truck to be brought back. They graciously offered me a 15’ truck instead but unfortunately the 10’ was already as big as I could go. (The community barely has room to turn around, let alone pull a truck and auto transport around in it). Anyways, I ended up calling around and one of my friends had a truck (with a ball hitch!) and could come down. About an hour later I went back to the towing location because I still needed my $15 credit from putting the gas in the original pickup truck and figured it would be easiest to rent the auto transport from them as well. The 24-hour truck share may be a new system. I assumed because the owners seemed a little hostile as I was inspecting the truck and completing the online check-in process as directed by U-Haul.com. I would suggest for the owners to be just a little more familiar with the process, as the initial check-in does not require me to go inside the store immediately.

I was charged a cleaning fee for no reason. You put my card on file to be able to rob me of my finds. I moved one couch. There is no need for a cleaning fee. I will never use this location again.

this location is also a small store.. The staff is not very nice. They are very slow and this location over charges compared to your other pick up locations!!! And this truck had a horrible shimmy!!

This location in particular- was fine. It was the only place we could even pick up our UHaul after visiting TWO other locations for a RESERVED truck. My original location, we opted the UShare 24/7 and the lock box code did not work. (The SECOND time I’ve had a 24/7 issue). 30 minutes later- we go across the street, per the man I was to call with issues... and they were closed. Chris was a very, VERY nice man and honestly was unsure why this was happening. He offered to drive the hour out of the way- but instead set us up for a rental that was 10 minutes down the road. Normally they closed their uhaul services at 5pm, but they were all gracious enough to work with us... our trip would have been a maximum of 11 miles- but instead it ended up being more. We should’ve been given a discount that exceeded the $4 we were given- taking over an hour to get a truck for us that was already reserved. 5 stars for Chris, and A.R.C Towing Location. But 1 star for UHaul overall. Disappointed.

Drop off was terrible! Bad service. The pick up experience was really good. Even though they had some technical delays with their system, it did not impact the overall pickup experience. The drop off experience was terrible. The attendant was yelling at me when I was pinpoint gas (pickup/drop off was gas station) and then proceeded to charge me an extra day when I was a little over 1 hour past my drop off time. When I questioned it, her response was “if you would have called me, I could have adjusted the time. But since you didn’t, you get charged an extra day. If you have a problem with that, take it up with U-Haul, not me” Poor poor service. Had I been a couple of hours late, or half a day, I would understand. But for that level of service for one hour late (we all know how bad I-4 is in a Saturday morning with everyone trying to get to Disney world). I would pick another location if I were ever to rent from this place again. Beware!

The original lady, Ty, who was supposed to be taking care of me was extremely rude because she had too much going on at once. I waited 20 mins before she even tried to help me because she was on the phone w a lady who was unhappy there was no trucks available. I, who had a reservation, was needing to get my equipment and go on w my day. Then several customers came behind me who had purchased items in the store and she skipped over me to ring them up. Finally when I told her she needs to take care of me she threatened me to leave the store and that she refused to help me and walked out. Thankfully a very nice lady, Fran, took care of me from that point on and apologized repeatedly which I assured wasn’t her fault. But from the way I was treated by Ty, I will never returning again.

These guys worked nonstop for two hours and got the job done. I would without thinking twice hire hem again. They came in and got to work. U-Haul needs to figure out how to add a tip to the order because as great as these guys were I had no cash on me.

When we took the uhaul back the lady was so rude. My son in law said he was trying to park the truck nicely and she was screaming and waving her hands. We have always had good people wait on us. So someone needs to check this place out because none of it fit your reputation . I am not familiar with Orlando and choose the worst place I guess. If I were you I wouldn’t use them.

The location was great but the area was poorly lit. Nothing to suggest it was a Uhaul drop off or pick up location other than a tiny drop box on a pole in front of the gas Station. I had to ask if I was able to drop the truck off since I did not see the Dropbox. But my overall experience was great and I would definitely use Uhaul again.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for no reason. Truck was brought back in same condition. Don't understand what needed to be "cleaned". Very aggravated with UHaul and will not be using again for my move in January.

They sold me a van they knew had a broken back door. (I only checked some, not all of the doors prior to renting it.) Employees were nice. Manager was nasty!!! All in all they did make it right and give some compensation. Which is why I bump it up to two star review.
