CHRISTAL COLLINSThe lady at the location was extremely rude and unhelpful at first even when I asked for help. It took multiple times and someone else in my party asking for help for her to finally help. The equipment was not well maintained it definitely needed to be looked at. I personally think it needed power steering fluid or something but it was harder to driver than the bigger Uhaul I got a few years ago. There was trash under the seats of the truck that I didn’t notice until I had dropped my phone and went to retrieve when we stopped.
Madison SciocchettiI rented a 20' U-Haul truck on Saturday. I did rent online and I added Appliance Dolly and 36 furniture pads, I paid $187.88. However, when I picked up the truck, there was no equipment. I called customer service, and they said they would refund the money. I didn't have any refund. Then I rented an appliance dolly and furniture pads from two different U-Haul stores, wasting a lot of time, and I paid with my debit card, expecting to get a refund. When I returned the 20' U-Haul truck, I received another receipt and paid from the credit card $118.55 for only the truck. That means I paid double for the truck and equipment. I am not happy with the experience at all.

TODD GOBLEThe representative was anxious to leave for the day and she assigned me a trailer that was not on the lot. I caught her as she was leaving so she assigned me a second trailer. As soon as she assigned it, she departed leaving me alone on the lot to hook it up and inspect. The second trailer’s leaf spring was broken so I could not use it! Terrible experience!

I needed them for my washer and dryer I lost due to y'all had no dollies that I reserved a month out. Horrible horrible business. Now they want me to pay $108 more dollars and y'all caused me to loose my belongings.

DENISE PERRYI was charged for mileage that I didn’t use. I brought the truck back and took a picture of the the mileage and gas. Next day I was charged for it. I proved it by taking a picture when I brought it back. Secondly, I was charged 11.98 that was on hold and did not get back.
PATSY EDWARDSWhen I got there I wasnt greeted at all. She looked at me like i work there FIRSTLY. And then the Uhaul was not available when o got there which is not her fault but i was contacted by the uhaul company and they changed my venue due to availability yet my truck was not available. I would have NEVER picked this location on my own so i would have liked for things to be in order since it was changed by the company and not me.
