Nice helpful customer service
Amy RI had ordered a dozen furniture pads which I was expecting to find in the van but they were not there. The right/passenger window was not functioning, ie rolling down/up which could’ve been communicated as a defect prior pick up.

nancy cI was surprised at how quick and easy the process was at the Yankee Peddler uHaul location. Even at the main UHaul locations the process is never as quick and smooth.
Lisa GThe van was filthy. The defogger did not work and it was pouring rain. I was sent an invoice for $125.44 and that amount was charged to my Visa card. Then an additional charge foe $10.42 was charged to my card with no explanation or invoice. I called the Yankee peddler, your vendor, and was told that was for additional miles. The additional miles was factored into the invoice I received and paid for $125.44. I tried to explain to the incredibly rude individual who answered the phone and he asked me if I took a toll road. Which of course I did not. Then he said it was for additional miles. When I told him the invoice for $125.44 included the additional miles he hung up. I am not going to pay the additional charge put on my card and will notify Chase that it is fraudulent. I never received an invoice for $10.42. The invoice I received for 125.44 was paid immediately. Please address this fraudulent charge as soon as possible as well the hideous condition of the vehicle and unprofessional behavior of the man on the phone this morning.
JANET DThe guys working at this location were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. I do have to report that the van was pretty dirty when we picked it up - the guys at the shop did quick cleanup which we appreciated so no big deal. On our trip in the van we did discover that the passenger side window did not work well. It was cold and once we put it down we couldn’t get it back up. Fortunately, later in the day after turning the van off and back on again the window worked and put it up….and avoided putting it down again until we returned the vehicle!

Margaret BThen the truck leaking from the roof. The app wasn't working. It took me almost 2 hours to check out my truck. When I brought it back the app wouldn't let me do the things I needed to do so you haul needs to do some work.

Christopher MThe app was terrible! I was supposed to pick up my truck at 9:30am through the app. It took 40 mins and still did not work . I had to wait for the location to open to get my truck . They were quick and easy I would never do it that way again.
Brandi PThe facility and equipment was great. The online check in and verification was not smooth. Because I had an out of state license I was asked for two forms of verification instead of one. The forms were a passport or other documents. No one carry’s around a passport so it would have been good to know this requirement ahead of time. I had my current address up to date in my profile. This issue caused me an hour delay in my move.

Suzanna PJoshua was really helpful and courteous and a pleasure to work with. When the lights in the truck didn’t work while I was on the road, he took the time to assist me and make sure I got the lights to work and I was safe. Another employee of Yankee Peddler, whose name I don’t know, was the complete opposite. He was rude and not helpful and dismissive when I encountered a problem with lights. After I hung up with him I called Joshua, who was great.

Kerline TThe truck's cabin was dirty ans stinky. Some furniture pads were most likely missing (I made the mistake of not counting them when I got the truck). And water was pouring inside, my furniture was wet. I have video footage of the inside of the truck to prove it. And I return the truck with gas tank half full when it was 1/4 full when I picked up. With all that, I am charged $25 for missing/wet furniture pads. That's not right.

Rocco CThe USB port was defective. The truck had the left front tire with only 28PSI...had to stop after 1 mile to fill it up. The truck chocked when in traffic making it difficult to accelerate .

elizabeth wThe equipment that I rented was not in the vehicle. While picking up the truck was a fine experience and you did not charge, having no equipment in the vehicle made the moving experience more difficult.
Joseph SLocation was very convenient, and check in/check was seamless (despite suboptimal cellular reception). Only caveat was UHaul's 'verification process' which entailed having to supply 2 colleagues phone numbers that received texts from UHaul...Not a huge issue in general, but as my pickup time was 7AM I would have liked to know about this step ahead of time so as to be able to give these people a heads up

Abilash KI was charged for fuel after I filled the tank up tp where it was when I rented it. Also, I was charged a fee for recovery when I dropped the vehicle off at the same location I rented it from. I rent this often and this was the first time the charges appeared on my bill.
JANET DAbsolute scam. The truck was around 7/8 full when I got it, so I only filled up with 4 gallons after driving 27 miles. Then I see I am charged extra $22 for gas. This is corrupt. It took over 45 mins to get access to the truck as NO WIFI at the pickup location so had to go down the road to Dunkin Donuts for WifI. I hope to never use uhaul again.

GREGORY CI am upset because I returned the vehicle at 5pm on 12/17/21 after store hours. I didn't know that I had to check in on line and was charged for returning it the next day. Not happy with the taking of excess money from my account without my consent. Please advise.
