The vehicle was dirty and smelled badly from somebody smoking in it. The friendly person that checked me in cleaned and sprayed it, but it did not make a difference. I had to drive with open windows. A truck like this should never be given to a new customer. But this was the only truck available.

William ColeThere was nobody working at the location even though the hours posted on the website said they would be open. I tried to rent using the mobile app early hours, but couldn't accomplish it - even with a support phone call and the text chat. I went back during open hours to do it in person and nobody was there. Overall the entire rental process was absolutely infuriating.

Jennifer KalichI booked the van and showed at 9:30 am but office was closed so i end up calling customer service to switch mobile pick up and spend 30 mins plus the van I booked was not available on mobile pick up and i end up pick up larger truck.
Babak ZamaniEquipment was fine and the cost was acceptable. What was not appreciated was the fact that despite assurances to the contrary, the use of a smart device was the only allowable method to conduct the rental. I do not own such a device and advised the business office of that fact the day prior and was told not to worry, it would not be needed. Luckily, the person that was along with me to help with the move, did have such a device. Otherwise, it seems that I would have been turned away to go find another rental van elsewhere last minute. Also, I prefer to pay cash whenever possible so that I know the transaction is complete with no surprises. Not possible here. To repeat...I asked about the requirement for a smart device the day prior and was told it would not be needed. WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE IN THE FUTURE.

Jeanne NelsonOn the receipt - I received it shows the drop time as 2:55pm which is incorrect - I dropped the trailer keys at 1:30pm local AZ time after gassing up the UHAUL .... I was charged the additional $40.00 as I was 2,5 hours past the 11am pickup time - which seems a little ticky tack in my opinion as I had to pickup the trailer in Omaha at a location that was not my original requested location on my reservation ... and had to call in for support as no one was on site to assist getting the keys

Sue JohnsonChecking in online was stupid. I followed every step and it STILL did not check me in. I did it in front of the storage manager and she did not know why it did not work. Trying to return was a pain also no one at the location at 2:30 afternoon, trying to take a pic of mikes was a pain because it was not reading all numbers. Had to retake pic about 15 times. I feel sorry for the people who are not tech savvy because they would not be able to check in or return. Pain in the ass on all levels.
Shelly PhillipsThe location had my reservation and got it all done just fine. This reservation was changed to the relevant location the day before. I understand scheduling trucks is probably very complicated behind the scenes, but I have had awful experiences with exactly this. Uhaul has screwed me over so many times in the last, and to be honest, I was relieved this was such an easy experience. THIS time. I can’t say I trust Uhaul much at all. But again, the third-party location I got my rental from did well.

Jeff BlairNothing wrong with the location or service there, I marked average because the pickup location was changed and was 60 miles from where we wanted to pick it up in Payson and we had to use 1/4 of tank of gas getting up the mountain to the Payson location. We received a small mileage allowance but still had to purchase gas to get to original location costing us about $40 extra. Would suggest also allowing a credit towards gas (in addition to milage allowance) when the customers has spend extra driving time to pick up a u-haul & pay for extra gas to get to the original destination.
