Check to make sure the truck is clean before the customer arrives. There was a lot of used/dirty kitty litter in the truck when we did our walk around and the Uhaul agent had to vacuum and sweep before we could leave with it.

I rented a truck but could not use for the purpose l rented for so l returned it about 2 later. Just drove up to the place and drove back. I filled the tank up as agreed. Can you give me some discount since l didn’t use the truck for the job. I also hired two helpers for nothing. Please give me a break. I always rent from you. Thanks

Wanted 45 minutes trying to pick up the vehicle with no keys where they should have been and no one working the desk. Then didn't receive the discount promised due to wrecking my schedule.

Truck had a flat on the inside duel when I picked it up. I am glad I checked before driving off the lot due to the fact I was starting a 350 mile trip and would have had issues on the road.

When I picked up my 26 foot truck at 8:15 AM Saturday the 27th the guy was super cool when I dropped it off roughly 430 5 o’clock the second guy was an asshole . I probably would not rent a U-Haul from this company again .

The man was very rude and dismissive. He had no desire to even lift a finger to help me. He insisted that I did everything on my own since I had an online reservation and even refused to help me with a vehicle walk-around. Even after asking for assistance, he said I should just check my email for more information.

More customer support. We reserved online and basically just went in to sign the papers and pick up the keys and that’s it. After that we were basically left on our own to find the truck in the parking lot and inspect the truck and no help from the associate. It would be helpful if they at least took you to the truck and helped you a bit. Not everybody knows how to rent a truck especially if it’s their first time renting one. Customer service and s big more one to one interaction would be greatly appreciated by many I’m sure.

The attendant was rude, and lacked customer service skilks! When I arrived he: 1. Ignored me....while I was the only person there. He saw me drive up, but I had to go outside and find him. 2. After he finally asked me what I needed, all he wanted me to know was that I was late. I set my pickup at 3;00, but was not able to get out of work as I anticipated, and did not arrive until after 4:00. None of this should have mattered, as the equipment was available. And as many times as I've rented from other uhaul stores, I have never been held to a "deadline", as I am a paying customer. 3. If I was not faced with a tight timeline, I would had gladly went somewhere else. I asked him if he wanted my business, and he became even more reluctant to servicing me. 4. Because I have rented so much from uhaul over the years, I am very familiar with the process. Once he finally got my paperwork completed, he just handed it to me, and did not offer to hook up my trailer to my truck. And he asked me "oh, you need my help"? I have "never" had a uhaul rep ask me that. In fact, I've been advised that they had to do it due to liability concerns. 5. Last, but not least, he never did a visual inspection of the trailer. I can't believe these are the types of employees you have representing you.

I had a reservation for 1:00PM and when I get to the location they had a paper that said that they open at 2:15PM. I wait for more than an Hr and nothing! I went to next door store that is a gas station, I asked for information and the guy that wa there told me that he was the one that was supposed to be on the U-Haul store... wow! And me waiting for an hour! The location is super dirty the counter is falling in pieces it’s a nasty place! Then I had to wait again because he didn’t had a pen to sing papers??? It s a scary place. I don’t use to give bad feedbacks, but this place was really bad.

The U-Haul attendant at this location was not friendly or helpful. He filled out the paperwork and did not offer to show me where the trailer I rent was on the lot or help me hook it up. I had to asked which trailer I was renting and if he could help. It was not like he was busy because I was the only customer on the lot he just didn’t want to get up and walk out to the parking lot. I checked the lights to make sure things were working and he did not offer to help do that, I had my wife help me. I was concerned because the bottom two lights on the enclosed trailer did not work with the blinker, but the top two lights did. When I asked the attendant why those lights weren’t working he told me that not all the lights need to work and then it would be fine. I said that I was not satisfied with this and that I wanted all the lights to work appropriately since I was driving in traffic in Dallas and would be driving over 300 miles to my final destination. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he refused to give me his number stating that he was sleeping and I didn’t need to bother him with this. I had to call a different U-Haul location to learn that the bottom lights are for breaking only and do not work with the blinker switch. This is not actually the first time we’ve had a problem with this location. Several months ago my wife tried to rent a trailer from this location. She had reserved and set a pick up time for a trailer at this same location, but after waiting over 45 minutes with no help she was forced to cancel her reservation.

I DID NOT received any notification from U-Haul that my pick-up location was not my "preferred location". The result is that I went to the wrong location to pick up the truck and the folks that the Arapaho U-Haul facility were COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL! This type of behavior should be considered UNACCEPTABLE.

Asked if he was going to fix burnt out lamp left rear marker. Answer... no call uhaul number. Chain safety chain hooks would not fit my standard receiver holes. They were too small. I had to improvise on the fly by going to an auto parts store and buying chain and clips. Uhaul rep tried to hook the trailer hooks on anything available under the bed of truck. I had to stop him.

I'm not sure when uhaul became a "you-do-it yourself" company, but if you expect a good service with help and good communication you will be extremely let down. Your employees in this location are rude and not helpful in the least

At the beginning I was told I did not have a reservation in their location, although uhaul sent me this address to go pick up my truck. I had the press hard on my confirmation and they finally got my reservation. Service is very poor at this location.

Was upset that I arrived prior to closing time and the location was closed. I had to call the Roanoke location to make sure I was doing the correct action at this location. Not saying this is a bad location but my experience there was not comforting.

The service was horrible. I called 3 times the day before to confirm my rental - never heard from the person until I was to pick up the trailer. Informed at that time the hours so I had to make arrangements for a earlier pickup as I had requested. Plus I had requested pickup at a closer location.
