When I got there I had to wait about 10 min before anyone came to the office. The door was locked and no way to get in, even though the sign said open. We called the phone# listed on door for assistance and no one answered. He finally drove up on a golf cart and asked what we needed, and he said he would be back in a few minutes and drove off on the go cart again and we were left standing there for another 5 minutes or so! I was very unhappy with the customer service.

The parking spaces to drop off the uhaul were very tight. This location should send vehicles out. Luckily there was only one available parking spot.

Overall was an 8. The use of the mobile app is a good idea, but needs to be a little more user friendly. I would like to commend Jose the service agent. He was phenomenal. He stayed late to help with the app and after it fell through his customer service step right in to make our move easier.

This is my 2nd time getting a truck from these people. The first time was excellent. Yesterday the lady that helped me was all business but not as personable as the man who helped me there back in May.

I have a storage space at this location and I also use it for the rental of the trucks . Jose and the black woman who name I have forgotten are always very professional friendly and courteous . I have recently relocated to the Rex Georgia area from Northern California . With that being said these two individuals are probably the best experience I've had with customer service since I've been here this past three months . i'm sure hoping that my other business expenses here in Georgia will fair as well as the business but I've done with these two individuals . Congratulations U-Haul for hiring and retaining employees like these two .

Make sure locations are clear.

Please make sure the trucks are well maintained and not broken with safety hazards (broken mirror on passenger side and passenger door not being able to open).

They need to do something about the smell of a dog in the lobby. Otherwise, the guy I worked with was great!!! He made renting a storage unit and renting a van to clear out my other one on the other side of town just absolutely painless. Other than the run down place, it was good.

I returned this equipment early. I cleaned and washed out the truck. I received a text from Uhaul five hours after I returned the truck saying it had not been returned. I had to call customer service the next day because I could not reach the location. After calling customer service, I finally get an email receipt showing 40 miles more than what was on the truck when I returned it as well as a $5 cleaning fee. That equates to a $36.00 overcharge. I am not happy with this Uhaul location at all.

I was told i would not be billed the 695. Just 36 until august other than tha t i am pleased i only have one thing one unit at 36 no other fees or rentals

It was fairly clean however, I expected there to be climate controlled units available. There were none. In addition, seconds prior to load in, the clerk had to sweep out the unit and spray bug spray.
