Philip wI got 5 dozen furniture pads but 2 dozen were wet, moldy and dirty, so non useable. They lecture you on how to return in good condition but yet it doesn’t apply to them.
Mailaya OCalled the drop off location on a Saturday Dec 2nd and they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays, closest to where my condo is. All I got was a fax signal in my ear. Used uhaul.com to return the trailer as they were closed.

Bogdan BIt was left to me to do the hook up. When I wasn't sure how the chains were supposed to go I had to sit and wait over 30 minutes for her husband to show up. Both were very kind, but a bad way to do business. Probably against uhaul policies to let the customer hook up the equipment.

Rick EI had to hook everything up myself. The attendant came out and checked the lights but nothing else. Upon loading the trailer the hitch popped off and put a big round dent in my car.
