Jose BIt will be better for anybody renting the trucks to have at least 1/8 or 1/4 of tank of fuel just to give you some time to reach a gas station. In my case the truck had a completely empty gas tank at pick up so I had to go straight to a gas station not sure if I would make it or not.

Danielle RThe location drop off was a liquor store which was closed inside a mini shopping plaza. The address given to drop off the truck didn't have a suite number. I had to call Oxnard to ask if it was the correct location since there was only a key drop with a small stick among all the liquor store ads. I was hesitated leaving the keys there along with the truck.

Wolcott SThe guy told us he was going to mark the gas tank at empty and that we should return it empty. When we returned it the contract said we needed 1/4 tank. When we called the guy he didn’t answer. Also I was supposed to get $100 off for having to drive so far to pick up my truck… but when I asked about it the guy Mike said he knows nothing about it, so it was kind of like “ deal with it”. And we went 16 miles over the allotted miles.. but they didn’t factor in that I had to drive 20 to get the truck then back to my place.. so ridiculous.
