Luis AI was told to put gas in the tank based on the current fuel level. Apparently that was not quite right. The tank was at 5/8 and I put in 6.1 gallons and was told the tank was at 7/8 instead of full. That cost me an extra $25.

As I mentioned he was very helpful and the express check in on the app and website were frustrating to use. The app and website were very useless. I had to put in all the information again twice and still needed help from the guy at the repair shop.

EDUARDO HThe gent that received my return, “Junior,” was squared away and polite. He looked over the rig, jumped in to check mileage and fuel level and had me out of there in no time at all. The electronic receipt was in my phone before I could even say thanks and have a nice day.
JOHN MOnly issue is the location doesn't have an after hours drop box. Luckily I was able to keep the truck an additional day and just return it when they opened the next day, but in some cases, the renter may not be able to keep the truck an additional day, or get it back the next day.

DEON SThe driveway and parking are very tight - luckily, my husband drives big trucks w/trailers for work, so it was easy for him. If I had been driving, I would have been a nervous wreck trying to pull it in to that lot. Overall all though, the return was quick and easy.
KURT KI didn't see anything that needed improvement. The employee I spoke with was very helpful and made sure to explain what extra charges I had to pay. I expected to pay more, so, this was a nice way to start my day.

JOHN LThe rear door of the truck was not properly maintained. It was hard to open and extremely difficult to close. It was a two person job to close and latch the back door. The ramp was also hard to open. After having the truck for five days I am in pain from having to man handle it. This was no fault of the location.

molly mIt would be good to give the renter a brief orientation of the vehicle. We were sat in the lot probably taking up valuable space trying to figure out how to adjust the mirrors, unlock the back door etc. But the shop owner was efficient and he seemed really busy.
IAN HJunior was efficient, to the point, and worked with us on a delay in schedule. I will likely use this location again or recommend to others in need.
