Steven rThe hours of this location was not good. The bass afraid to drop trailer off unattended so I had to wait until Monday morning. Fortunately a relative of the owners stopped by and helped communicate with me to drop it off and complete the self check in.
Andrea SVery clean, door was locked when i went to drop it off and had to call to have them come out, but that was fine, dropped the trailer off with no issues and was on my way elsewhere

George MI would recommend only if the other locations were closed on weekends. When I applied it said opened, but to my surprise everything had to be done with codes. Nevertheless the agent, Jennifer Gaylord I contacted was very kind and helpful so that I would not be charged above the 3 hours.
Aida RDrop manager was great. We rent a storage unit also from the location. I would Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to store or rent a truck.
ROBERT CI did not get a furniture dolly with a security strap attachment or bumpers. It was just a dolly that was useless for moving furniture I was afraid would get damaged without the strap and added padding

Patricia NEvery thing was just fine until I got into rain in Indianapolis.As the wipers went to the left they made a terrible noise and did not clear the windshield. Returning to the right they were quiet and cleared the windshield. Fortunately it did not rain for very long and it was a light rain.

Floyd TDriving in town alright. Relatively new truck yet when on the highway/interstate the front end badly out of alignment Had to keep firm hand on wheel to keep corrected and had most trouble when large trucks were passing. Felt like a battle to drive.

FRANK LHad to hook up and inspect car transport myself. Took almost 1 hour to get contract and get on my way. Their computer wasn't working. Had to repair the light cable connector, toque wheel lugs to 50 ft. lbs. as they were only torqued to 30. Tire pressure was way low in two tires. It is fortunate for me that I am a mechanic. Uhaul should use only locations capable of performing service on equipment. A storage facility that sells meat doesn't qualify in my mind. I'll use the other rental company next time.
