Have the truck clean and don't be rude and insinuate if I'm not gonna return the truck some families have disabled people they care for and the day has unexpected events in able to plan for and making appointments or reservations on time isn't possible at times.

The self return app was extremely glitchy and I had to start over multiple times till eventually I just stopped and returned it as is. When taking pictures it would reload to the beginning screen and not process them. Extremely frustrating.

I drove a very nasty U-Haul truck after having an hour and a half of issues trying to get the truck. Reservation at 6 PM I didn’t get the truck until 7:30 PM due to system issues. And then having to tamper with the lock, which was absolutely horrible. My truck was not only dirty on the outside it was filthy in the inside. I’m surprised that the staff let it get so bad and actually thought that it would be satisfactory to the next customer. IT WAS NOT! On the passenger side under the dashboard where your feet be wires were exposed, and that was reported prior to renting as well as after. The damages that I reported prior to leaving the lot should’ve had a sticker on them indicating they were acknowledged, and reported prior to my rental. If I weren’t the type to look around and find these issues, I could very well be charged for them for not reporting them. But it shouldn’t be my issue to report. I feel like it’s mandatory to search for issues since it doesn’t seem to be enforced for UHAUL staff to put stickers on damages prior to renting to another customer.

Pickup experience was not great as the location wasn't open so there was no one to assist with the issues we had with mobile pickup. it took over 30 minutes on the phone with customer service just to pick up a dirty truck with equipment in it that I was charged for and didn't request or rent. This is all Uhaul's fault and not this location's but worth noting regardless.

The seal in the windshield was broken. A high pitch sound like bagpipes came through the window the entire drive. Completely unacceptable. I expect a phone call and a full refund.

1st let me start by my experience at the tropicana location and the Persian gentleman helped me check in. When I called about my bill he told me he already emailed me a new bill I said no you didn't I went into my uhaul account. He argued with me. I then submitted review on him. He then called me back and said your review caused my district manager to call me asking why I over charged you. I said you told me that was my bill and that was an over charge. Then he said I was busy had 20 rentals. I said you told me last call you sent me new bill. So you lied. He got aggressively angry. I hung up. I go to this location for 2ns use this week. No instructions on key is on the truck. Truck was disgusting? Inside and out. Steering wheel sticky. Side drivers mirror doesn't stay in place. I will never use uhaul again. From Minnesota where they take care of trucks and cleanliness. How disgusting spilt pop in cup holders, stirring wheel sticky, back truck not clean, no side mirror for driving was ridiculous. Road rough and like crap.

you can get the moulin rouge location to not cancel a reservation when i am flying in to Las vegas to pick it up and am panicked to find a substitute before other dealers shut down for the night.
