David Whad an 11 a.m. drop off--no one showed up until noon. Wanted $25 to remove the trailer--we declined--he did it and didn't charge us. Charged us another $31+ for an "extra day" when our contract was for drop off on 7/29. This additional amount was charged to our credit card after we left the facility. "He couldn't get his computer to work while we checked in the trailer." I only found out when returning home (8/14) to California and checked my credit card account. This man was rude and was upset because we caused him "problems" by returning the trailer (and his worker did not show up on time.)
JANET DThe blankets I purchased weren't given to me. The truck had 30 miles to empty when I got in, left it with 1/2 tank. The truck didn't handle particularly well. I was told I could pick it up at 9, that wasn't true, the dealer opened at 11 so I had to wait on that, they were late getting in and I didn't get the uhaul until 1130. I've used uhaul several times in the past with no issue, this time left a sour taste.
