Aaron MTruck was not setup for 24/7 truck share, got there and had to wait until it opened even though I was supposed to just get my keys. And then the truck that I was supposed to receive was full of furniture.. and was forced to take a 15’ truck. Really disappointed
Mitchell WThe person working was not happy that I showed up. It was almost closing time which I didn’t know. So he had to re log back in the computer to get me started. I understand it was a few minutes to closing. But he could have been more pleasant and not angry. He wasn’t mean but you could tell he was very aggravated. Besides that everything went well.
Michelle MThe owner is a super nice person. And this is the only location I have ever dealt with. But this last time I dealt with an employee not the owner and I'm not sure if he was the one responsible but the inside of the truck was a mess. I actually cleaned it out with Lysol wipes before taking it back. There was pizza wrappers from the last person and candy wrappers under the place that holds drinks. There was dried mud all over the inside. I had to wipe down the dash. The tires had absolutely no tread on them whatsoever. And of course that's not the employees fault that's U-Haul. Causing us to actually get stuck!!! We ended up having to call a wrecker and get help and the service could not believe the tires on the truck as well. I'v taken pictures and will file complaints with appropriate channels.

Bradley MDidn’t really care for the dolly being loaded when I asked not to have one, this takes up space and makes the truck smaller. The seal actually broke going down the road and the dolly was sliding around while driving. Only thing I would change. Everything else was great.

Jonathan HSimple drop off after hours. Reported mileage , took some pictures and done. Only complaint is it is very dark at the drop off location during after hours. Would recommend putting some lights up.
Aaron AWindshield on the van was very dirty with bugs. I am too short to reach it to clean it. It should have been cleaned before I picked it up.
Whitney CVan is always EXTREMELY dirty and I was supposed to get a call from U-Haul a couple of weeks ago because this is a persistent thing, and crickets!
AARON MI was expecting a call back from the district manager about the horrible condition of the van.
AARON MThey didn't even know the key was there, even accused me of calling the wrong location, then finally found the truck.
Mary SRental clerk had a very negative sour attitude, wasn't friendly. Pickup location wasn't open on time when I dropped off. Had to use the app to do drop off. Box truck did the job but wasn't clean inside, everything was grimy and the passenger seat had caulk or paint on the seat cover. Cargo area had alot of small debris on floor. I won't use this location again if I need to rent equipment.

abror rWhen I got the quote for the UHAUL it was a lot less than the actual price of it. May want to give a more accurate rate for rental if it’s going to include $50+ in taxes and fees

Rene CI called for a pick up you all said you didn’t have one at either locations close to me told me you had one 17 miles away got there and you didn’t have me a box truck , then the man lied and said I drove it 90 miles I drove it 48 miles. Try being honest if you’re wanting to improve. I’ll never use uhaul again.

Brian FBad things happen, including locking keys in the vehicle. The Ford Transit (9') van is particularly unfriendly when this occurs. You need to give out a second set of keys, or advise renters more thoroughly, or provide roadside assisters with more training or better equipment.

Suzetta SIt would be great if you allow the customer to save their license/picture for future rentals. Especially if they are frequent renters. Sometimes the service quality isn't great, and uploading photos is hard to do.
