Did not put the dolly in the vehicle which was requested in the original order. Notified the customer care in the after hour pickup who notified the location manager. No body from location called and provided the equipment. It was a hard move than expected

I rsvp'd one different location. I called 3 days prior move & discovered closed due to health reasons. Called Uhaul & rsvp 20 ft truck instead of 26 w pads & appliance dolly. We rsvp'd 2nd dolly & furniture dolly when we picked up truck but not available. The original pricing was $100 less than we gad to pay and without 2nd dolly and 2 furniture dollies. The truck had very loud exhaust & sounded like a train & the engine light activated off & on. The lady was extremely nice and advised us abt the truck.'s issues. But it was still bothersome. Luckily we purchased the insurance but had no other issues. We moved and returned truck in ome piece. Thanks Lori 214-514-2819

The UHaul system was down which would not allow me to obtain the keys on my own. This team worked HARD and came in on vacation to help me as I had 7 volunteers waiting to help obtain donations. Managment at this location was beyond impressive!

I am very happy with this U-Haul location and will continue to be a loyal customer. Lana is amazing, her kindness, and professionalism, and her patience with me while I'm panicking due to the unprofessional behavior of other businesses, as I was moving family members. Lana was amazing! Friendly, courteous, prompt customer service! She made sure my credit certificate was applied appropriately as well. Easy check in and check out - Highly recommend this location! Cannot say the same for the reservation process as you set up a reservation at one place with it confirmed online in your account and then the text is listing another location ... It's so confusing especially if a reservationist doesn't call to confirm. Thank you!

When we arrive to pick up the truck with a dolly - (we were early) there was a sign on the door closed until Monday March 20th - it was March 17 mind you. Took us over an hour on the phone to finally get a truck - no person here came. Oh and no dolly thanks had to go to home Depot and buy one for 129 bucks. Thanks you haul
