Robert DDrivers door did not unlock with key and driver had to crawl over the seats everytime he made a deliver because by law we must lock our vehicles when making a delivery of medical supplies HUGE INCONVEINCE !!

David Bthe woman was 10 minutes late, inconsiderate and rude. the uhaul itself was filthy upon entering it and the dolly wasn’t even strapped so it wouldn’t slide around. very unpleasant experience
daphne dThey were unable to print paper work and I had to take pictures of more than afew damages that weren't marked. Uhual had 3/4 of a tank ....when it was documented at drop off as a half of tank.i returned uhual with 3/4 as I had had no paper work .

Samuel JThe truck was horrible, dirty, drive terrible, windshield wipers did not wipe good at all.. definitely not safe to drive at night in any precipitation. Very noisy, inside the cargo area was very dirty.. the trailer floor had grease and oil stuck to it..the drop off personnel did not know about the trailer I was returning and could not credit my account..just not a smooth experience.

Robert CThe van we had was in very poor repair — the passengers side Mirror was broke and made it very difficult and dangerous to change lanes on the expressway - the transmission seemed to down shift when going down hill and sounded like it was going to blow up and the inside was not very clean

Joseph LI was told I would receive an email with the lock code never did I was told I could call her she never responded I was told I could text her and she never responded then they parked a double axle trailer in front of the truck. Cigarette butts on the floor barely enough fuel to get the gas station.

peter dTented a 20 ft uhaul for 8 hours from 10am to 6 pm with 20 Miles. Went to pick it up and they said I had to go to a different location to pick up when on my reservation it told me the ABC day care was the location I was suppose to pick up ended up on being about to rent the uhaul only rent it from 10:30-3:30. I really needed the uhaul for 8 hours. It really hurt my moving time. I feel like for the inconvenience of me.not being able to rent for the time requested we should be discounted.
