Make the mobile app usable for check in. Process was a headache to actually pick up the vehicle. Was on the phone with customer service for 50 minutes.

dawn kShow true images! The picture provided to me so a perfect rear end get the bumper was tilted and denting the quarter panels and lifting and the tailgate had a good size dent in it. Also there was paint marks or something on one of the mirrors on the back side. there were tiny little dots of paint missing down to the metal all over the place and it was in a very dark location making it difficult to document the damage that should have already been documented. There were no x stickers anywhere on the vehicle either so I had to take a lot of pics. 21 to be exact. And the front end I couldn't even get a picture because the truck was right up to a fence in front of it. Finally almost finished, everything was erased and had a message saying click on the link again if it doesn't work call us. After 30 or 40 minutes at least trying to document this. I've only used U-Haul for 40 yrs. NEVER AGAIN!

GREGORIO EI requested a moving dolly with my reservation turned out they were being used by other customers. The associate offered me one of theirs. I was so relieved, my move would have been way worse without a dolly.
