Victor MoralesYou can start by eliminating the balance due for this rental. Stressed filled, worrisome transmission issues: R = delayed slam; between 10 and 15 miles per hour, the truck’s transmission seems to slip. As o thought would happen, instead of reimbursing, me your equipment failure, no one has reached out with an apology. Roadside Service customer service representative was helpful and considerate.

Robert ParkerThe uhaul wouldn't start. I assume the battery was dead. It didn't even try turning over. I had to wait about an hour even to get a call from roadside assist, which means I would have to wait again for someone to get out to me, and again for the repairs. I was on a schedule and I had to just book another uhaul that was nearby. I need a refund for this one because I never moved it one inch. Since it was an after hours drop off, the site wouldn't let me return it with no change to the odometer, so I had to say I moved it 1 mile. But I never moved it at all. I also had to guess at the fuel gauge, because I couldn't turn it on to check. I need a refund, and ideally also a discount on the other uhaul I had to book for the trouble. Thank you.

Jonathan WhiteI think it should be a requirement that ALL uhauls be rented with a full tank of gas and returned with a full tank of gas. It gets complicated when trying to get to the right amount on a tank less than full. People Will typically over pay for gas fill. Make it simple. Full tank when rented full tank when returned. And harsh penalty if not.

Luis HernandezThe back smelled like urine the front smelled like cigarettes. The dolly I order & apparently charged for wasn’t there. There was no ramp to load a washer & dryer on it so I had to lift them both by myself. On top of the location being in a random parking lot next to a few shady & closed down businesses. Never again with uhaul.

David SmithThe truck I had reserved wasn’t even at the location. I had to call and wait on hold for forty minutes, and then had to pay more for a bigger truck because it was the only one available. It also said that the truck I had reserved was hand delivered and to wait for the location to open, but it was Sunday and they were closed and I had chosen to pick up with my phone.

August JohnsonThe parking lot at AEM is very difficult & confusing. You can't turn into it from southbound S Cobb Dr, and you can't make a left turn out of it. Also, 2 of the 3 entrances are blocked off, and there are big signs that make it seem like you're going somewhere you're not supposed to. No problem with lockboxes on office building.

Murry Dan SmithThe vehicle’s engine almost blew up! Overheated at s dangerous level!! Technician was sent the next morning and found almost no fluid in radiator. He used about two gallons!! Vehicle worked well after that BUT it left me stuck at the gas station overnight as I could not drive it!!! I slept overnight in the cab.
